Very informative video. I love your new home. One advantage is it is easier to clean the stuff in the house due to materials used to make. I agree with your tenant insurance points. However, it is just a waste of money. I have met people who are renting or buying homes for 10+ years but the home or tenant insurance never gave them any benefit. Its like nothing ever happened.

Realistically you can get 1 bedroom apartment for about 1100-1200$ including all the utilities and washer dryer if you look for it, you won’t find it but it’s worth giving a try

TH-cam is free for any and every student / non student to use. “Main” source of income is Adsense, not students. Students pay “ZERO” dollars to watch the FREE content I put out on my TH-cam.
As for Northern college, I think you missed out when I amplified and shared stories over instagram from “Naujawan support network” and various other pages about the college issue.
