The aboriginal Jew should get his money back from his law school.
I would be very surprised if he studied law, dude had no clue what he was talking about
🤣🤣🤣
Nothing he says is true!
It was rabbinical😂
@@ccattery Hahaha
The Jewish gentleman first tried to jump the line and then when he was caught, he’s trying to loud talk the customs agents because he knew he was wrong. . He knew he had prohibited items that’s why he wanted to by past screening. For his attitude along and the fact that he knew he had prohibited items he should be fined and arrested. Legal background, seriously?
Man? Yes. Gentle? No.
He is a liar, crook and a fraud and he should have been fined.
He was no gentleman, not his sort.
Arrested? Are you from the US?
He wasn’t a Jewish gentleman. He was an aboriginal interested in converting to Judaism.
How was the guy with diseased leaves and other prohibited items not given a fine? I've seen a single mother with two small children who had a half-eaten hamburger in her handbag that she bought for her children at the airport of departure but then forgot about it, massively fined. That was an innocent mistake, but this guy was intentionally bringing in prohibited items in his luggage and lied on his declaration form, but he got away with it. Very sad that his arrogance and rudeness paid off.
I’m with you on this.
Makes no sense.
Political correctness at the highest.
PROTECTED CLASS.
Should have been fined.
Ken has a nice personality, & handled his VISA denial like a real gentleman.
I hope he gets an exception from the three year ban.
He was actually very honest - they should've allowed him in. At least he was going to work.
@@caprice3110as the officer said he didn’t meet the requirements for a Border Visa, so he couldn’t really do much else other than cancel his 977 and send him back.
And with $1000 on the guy and no stable income his time in Australia would’ve been stressful, he made a wise decision not to fight reality and just go back home and things.
I think he really tried to do the right thing unlike the chancers who deliberately try weaseling their way in for nefarious purposes. There should be an option to reapply online while held for 48 hours
Yes, which is why I wish they would not end off with the patronising I'll-give-you-ten-minutes-to-think-of-a-reason-not-to cancel-your-visa routine. Has there ever, ever, ever been a case where the border authorities "consider" cancelling a visa and then change their minds after the person said something? I am betting no.
I really doubt that passenger from Israel is an Aboriginal. He was just playing the victim card.
100%. always this aboriginal stuff
You have no business guessing his ethnicity. Dumb.
He could be related to Pascoe. LOL
He identified ihmself as an aboriginal, nothing wrong with that
Ken - Gentleman
Michael - Crook.
The Visa Guy, that's a shame, it seems like he made an honest mistake, i wonder if they couldn't help him fix his Visa right there on the spot.
Or at least let him be a tourist for a few days to justify spending so much money on airline tickets.
Yeah he jumped the line because he had stuff he was not allowed to have what an A Hole!
Hole in your pole or what ?
Why was the US guy given a 3 year exclusion period though (I guess it can be waived) - but it's not like he did anything illegal or intentional to get in, it seemed like an honest mistake - so that seems a bit excessive in my opinion
Ya it was effed up considering the Malaysian dude lied and tried to work illegally got the exact same punishment
Nearly every country has that. If you attempt to enter their country, without, or with an incorrect visa type, and they catch it, you get banned for 3 years. And in most cases, provided it is viewed as an accident, or misunderstanding, it can easily be waived.
He most likely would have got it waived due to his exemplary behavior.
No more US aid to Australia
Michael’s tirade about others coming in and destroying his people doesn’t see the irony that his bringing in diseased leaves or other contaminated items can destroy his own native plants and therefore causes further harm to his own people.
They aren't his own people.
Simpleton.
He's not Aboriginal.
Rules for me, not for thee.
Not abo, but jewish.
The total arrogance of him deserves a 10 year jail time, to keep pests away from the local population
why did'nt give a fine to the passenger who traveled from Israel ?
Jesus would get angry and curse the Kangaroos with grasshoppers
Cause antisemitism
I mean would you want to offend such a disgusting monster?
He might invade their state and claim it's a holy land and try to take it over next.
@@tsiva4398 on god just shut up
Visa system should be processed by the embassy or consulate of Australia before a US citizen purchases an airline ticket much less an incorrect visa. What a horrible waste of time and money! 😮
Exactly! They should also check visa at check-in before departure.
@@Alex-rb9ss All they would do is check if the visa is valid which it was. We use to have to go to the Australian consulate in order to get a visa. Now you just go online and pay your money for it.
The thing is US citizen is eligible for ETA (subclass 601) to enter Australia for tourism or business trip purpose, and airline is not supposed to question what he intends to do with that visa. It is visa applicant’s responsibility to apply for the correct visa before coming to Australia, and that gentlemen certainly doesn’t apply the correct visa.
Its very easy before entering any country to find out what the visa is you need and check if you are qualified. The guy from US says he wants to freelance as a paralegal in Australia? That is ridiculous as the legal systems are completely different so of course he is not qualified in Australia. Paralegals are well paid in US because and if they know and rapidly create all the documents needed by the attorneys for court and litigation. Every country has a different legal system - you find this out 2 minutes through googling.
@@Alex-rb9ss Your visa to enter a country is checked by airlines who do not want to ferry you back. Tourist visas are how many who want illegal work enter. And student visas who overstay.
That religious guy is so horrible. "It's not my law!" Well, yes, it is. The moment you set foot into any country their laws become your laws. You're no longer in your native country's bubble. follow it, respect it, deal with it.

Australia is part of the civilized world.
Why does the aboriginal Jew think he’s exempt from Australian law? I assume he was born in Australia, so as an Australian the law does apply to him. Why bring in eucalyptus leaves, It does grow in Australia , in fact it’s iconic in Australia. Those leaves were diseased also.
His accent is Isreali
Nothing he says is true.
The law applies to ANYONE who enters Australia regardless if they were born in Australia or not. People like this guy annoy me so much by playing the victim when he's the one who is victimizing all the people he jumped the queue in front of.
@@noelpaintonsmith8091 He's trying the Aboriginal identity routine. Certain laws are not applied to folks who identify as Aboriginal but would apply to other citizens. I'm hoping they did further checks on him though and see if he is telling the truth or not about being Aboriginal. Sad part is that if officials challenge claims like that there, they can be accused of 'harassment' or 'discrimination' so they have to be extremely careful.

12:54 I personally think it’s a bit rough to ban that person from entering Australia for three years. All he did was inadvertently applied for the wrong Visa. He was not doing anything wrong or committing any crimes. As an Australian, I would be quite happy for him to return to America and apply again next week using the right Visa.
The aboriginal guy is as if Borat and Bruno had a kid.
They could have given Ken a break, and let him apply for the proper visa and approve it. He was sincere, he just filled out the wrong paper.
Respect any countries you’re visiting, that’s the way it is. No one is Entitled…
The man identified as an "Aboriginal Jew" was a real trip. Another Kevin who presumes he has more rights than others, cutting in line, bringing in prohibited substances. "Protecting his people" ? That is a quote. Some folks, regardless of religion, have significant problems when dealing with life; hence the increasing number of Karens/Kevins that we must all deal with. However, this man decided to make religion as an issue. He is a very poor representative of an Aboriginal Jew, and should be ashamed of his behavior. The Border folks have a very tough job, and have utmost patience. That doesn't mean I agree with all their laws, but I must obey them when I visit Australia, or any country. I am surprised that some folks don't quite understand that.
Are you anti-Semitic? The man is Jewish and was visiting Israel. He has every right to jump the line.
The American guy should just go home and try again. Make sure every T is crossed and I is dotted. They'll tell you which Visa to apply for. Just a simple mistake. Maybe next time ask a professional to assist you??

What was the point of even talking to that Business guy? They literally gave him 10 minutes to defend himself while they arranged to put him on a plane. He was doomed no matter what he said 😂😂
Sometimes they might have special reasons that could allow officers to land him, and lie about the business. Like asylum, fear of returning to the country, death threats, or involvement with someone they won't wanna admit, etc etc. In this case it's just procedure, and it was kinda pointless, but still, there's protocol to be followed.
Just tell the American guy Ken to go to NZ (Visa free for Americans), apply for the correct AU visa and come back. If it arrives before he runs out of money he can return and work.
They were so strict with that American, I've seen many episodes where a traveler has been offered the chance, then and there, to apply for the proper visa 😮
I used to want to visit Australia . After watching a number of these videos i have changed my mind. On a number of occasions the agents refused to allow people to enter for what could have been quickly corrected. In this episode the America wanting to work is refused. This due to applying via the incorrect application. I believe it was within the agents power to help correct this error but he simply did not want to bother. This seems to be a common theme in this department.
This episode is very old. Prob from the early 2000s. Things have most likely changed by now and would prob get access. But making sure you have the correct Visa should be pretty easy anyway.
Exactly! They have all observance to properly address and avoid wasting time. It’s just ridiculous.

The guy who had been studying law may have a mental health issue so probably would be good to treat him in an objective manner and not judge him or take his behaviour personally. As an aboriginal I understand he does not want to recognise the colonial laws that were only applied in last 200 odd years when Aboriginal Law has been in place for over 40,000 years. But in the Modern World the quarantine and immigration laws apply that is just the reality.

You know, although the US citizen clearly didn't read carefully or apply his situation to what visa he needed, there is a BIG problem with moving all of these processes entirely online. You have NO one to talk to or inquire with, and it's a very bad thing that embassies and consulate staff often don't pick up the phone or have enough staff to respond to phone calls, emails, whathaveyou. If you don't have some kind of online chat functionality or a phone number to consult, it is NO surprise that dopes like that man end up getting the wrong kind of document and don't find out till they've spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on a plane ticket and are physically at their destinations. You NEED people. Technology cannot and SHOULD not do everything.

I'm really sorry for Ken, seemed like an honest mistake...the problem is there are laws and they should apply equally to everyone.
