This is really a motivating to watch. I get so easily caught up in the planning stage that I sometimes forget about the more important doing stage. Planning kinda happens naturally with a wrench in your hand most of the time anyways. I've got a world of hurt ahead of me restoring a 73 cj5 that basically sat in a puddle after being daily driven in Wisconsin winters and never washed. These videos will make it a little easier though. Looks great, and great work!
Thanks for sharing! Love your videos man!👍🏻 I appreciate you showing everything you’ve done to the Jeep project cause I’m also working on a Jeep project of my own! I wish I was this far with mine..Thanks again man and keep the video’s coming.
Heat all around the broken bolt and the frame get it red if you can. When it cools the bolt and the frame will cool at different temps. That's when it will start to loosen let it cool enough to spray wd40 on the bolt. The heat will bring the wd40 down into the threads. Don't ever cut a bolt off when there is a piece of it sticking out because you can weld a nut on to it or latch on to it with vice grips. You have to let the bolt cool before you try to remove it. If the bolt is still swelled up it won't come out. Some times you will have to heat two or three times.
Good Video 👍
Thanks for the support! Glad you enjoy
Im doing the same thing and wow, your videos are by far the best CJ5 restoration videos on youtube
Thank you! I have been slacking on it the past couple of months but finally having some time to get back around to it!

Tried heat a couple times. Wasn’t red hot though. Maybe I didn’t get it hot enough. Thanks for the tip. Definitely will try when it arises again

Wowww!!! That’s awesome
Nice work! Are those stock springs or does it have a lift?
It had 4” lift springs on it when I got it. I was told they were 2.5”, but I looked up the numbers on the springs and they ended up being 4
That Jeep Adventure Nice. Thanks. You’re getting close!
