Hi bro, feed line from tank 1-1/4 , run Pex and 1 inch supply hose to the hose reel, also run 1 inch portion valves and check valves on your manifold , run 5/8 hose on hose reel, never go over 200 psi on the P40, running theses specs you’ll have higher flow rate and less end of system pressure drop, compared to 1/2 inch hoses, you won’t over pressurise the diagram in the pump

Cant you put the unloader on quick connects??
About how much psi are you getting after adjusting the unloader down ?
