I've always wanted to go to a Kentucky Derby celebration and wear a fancy hat. Tioga Downs had a fabulous fete, with a hat contest and the opening of their racing season. Is my hat good enough to win? Did I bet on the right horse? Special guest Deanna joins in on the fun!
