Vermillion Cliffs Stars & Milky Way

I spent a week camping off House Rock Road under the Vermilion Cliffs. Not to far in, but about a mile off 89A by an old quarry. I was in the area training for the G2G Ultra 7 day stage race that is happening in the area. The race actually pass right by here and camp 2 was about 3 miles (5k) away. I took the opportunity to train a little on the route.
While I was here I also took advantage of the magnificent dark sky and virtually no moon. These were some of the best sky’s I have encountered and enjoyed shooting some time lapse’s and star trails. Unfortunately the sky were very busy with airplanes, satellites, and falling stars, so there are alot of light trails through the sky.
