I have not yet finished the vod but for the first half, the whole way you were explaining it just made me think of Pizza Planet from Toy Story and your ending with Mario pressing giant buttons to control arcade game or a claw game. Edit also from the second half definitely getting some Jetson vibes or other retro future influences
He wants to release a new demo that's just course 1 (and a secret demo only course) but he's working on the last course so between the demo and final release shouldn't be that long. Once it's content complete it'd take a few months of polish typically. 2025 is a pretty safe bet.
i didn't watch the whole stream but i think you need to get that omnidirectionnality of space right. The level design right now feels very linear while you can technically go wild with it switch gravity up, down, right, left. The first thing that come to mind is mario galaxy corkscrew gravity effect where mario goes upsidedown by walking along a path.
This game will make history

The giant arcades give you a very simple thing to do with an 8bit stage: They could each lead to the game they display, perhaps
Course 15 working? I sure hope it does.
I sorta off and on check-in on this project, but it always looks so fantastic. Do we have a rough ETA for its release??
prob not since Kaze will probably want to optimize everything again
