  • This is the Eemnes V3 Supercharger, recently expanded. Visiting with the Polerstar 2 FWD today, I wasn't yet convinced by the Tesla app, today I'm really not loving it. But it works! And this charging port: perfection ;-)

Regarding the differences between the power reported by the Tesla app and the Polestar UI is due to the fact that Tesla reports the power supplied by the charger whereas the Polestar reports the power going to the batteries - the difference is on the power used to run cooling/heating and other systems in the car

This video could’ve used some editing

As if Tesla makes this so difficult to actively discourage non-Tesla EVs from using their own personal fast chargers.

The app does say it may take up to two minutes. Weird that it's not holding it's connection tho.

Not the best app indeed. Slow connection to the SuCs and no confirmation on stopping? Not very convenient. Good to see it working though and nice speed.

Well Felix... The drama is unbearable, and not rewarding enough for me to continue watching to find out if a tesla super charger will work with my PS2.

It is pointless. Cards beat Apps and TESLA has no way of accepting cards.

That is not the perfect charging speed. The perfect charging speed would be holding 150kW up to 70-80% SOC then starting to taper off.
Notice the voltage on battery is only 414v and amps is 322. It could have been charging at up to 455v (peak battery voltage) or as much as 365 amps (not at same time as that is never achievable).

Definitely needs editing… too many comments about other things that distract from the video on charging Polestar at Tesla Supercharger

So that would be 43cent per kWh. That's cheap nowadays.
Fast chargers in Europe charge 70 cent per kWh making it super expensive.
