Hi Tiffany, you can change the aspect ratio (how images are displayed on your store) so they don't get cut off. This can be done by going into the Store Builder > Collection > Aspect Ratio. If you need further instructions, do send us an email at contact@payhip.com

how do i change my account type from individual to business and vice versa?
Hi there. Are you referring to changing between a Buyer account and Seller account? If you are, when you are logged in as a Seller, click the "Account" link and then select "Customer mode." You will then be taken to your customer dashboard. When logged in as a customer/Buyer, click the person icon and the select "Creator." There's no limit to the number of Payhip stores you can connect to your PayPal account as long as you are not selling items not allowed on our platform. :)

Payhip only requires the customer's email address at checkout. If it's asking for a billing address, then it's something your chosen payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) requires before they can process the payment.

Hi there! Yes, it's possible although we still recommend having at least one product with an amount. When you're offering products for free or you've provided customers with a 100% coupon, there are no costs or fees involved. However, you still have to connect a PayPal or Stripe account.
