I created a journal. It will be an eBook format to be used as a lead magnet. What do I need to do to make the entries can be typed directly into the eBook?
Hi Shanice. I have recently been a bit concerned with the situation of using Canva elements now (due to the licensing) I have used these to create many books in the past but am not sure if it's still safe to do so? If that's the case I will be looking at getting fonts and elements from elsewhere.
This all depends on which elements you are using. It seems fonts and basic elements are okay. But if you want the font to be the main attraction, and it is not a public domain font then I would go ahead and grab purchase some. You can check out creative fabrica, there is a link in my description. If it is something easily distinguishable - I wouldn't use it, but basic lines, shapes and things like that I think are fair game.
Thank you for your reply, I only have the free version of Canva so use free elements, clip art and change them up to modify them so I wasn't sure if we still could do that. It seems there was some problem with Pro elements licenses for KDP, recently I've seen a few videos from a few months ago.@@shaniceonbiz
Hey. Can you help me with a question I have? Do you suggest we use only black and white color for back and white interior (low content book), a guided journal?
I’m not sure I understand your question. But your cover can be any color, it doesn’t change the print cost. The color of the interior, the book size and number of pages are what affects the print cost.
Hey thanks for your response. But I meant to ask for the interior pages. Is it safe to just stay with black and white and some grey? I had someone design my interior, and she has used a bit different shades and effects which I feel makes texts look blurry.

What is the typical profit margin on Amazon KDP?
Maybe 30%
Is there an easy, faster way to duplicate the pages?
It doesn’t take that long lol. You can select multiple at a time say you do 10, Duplicate that to 20 then duplicate the 20 to 40………
How many pages should a guided journal have .Is there a specific amount?
No set amount but over a certain amount of pages you pay more for printing. I like 120-150 pages
Will this still work if you change to a horizontal landscape?
It should ✨

And of course the format, hard/soft cover etc
