Okay, I like this home has a vibe of this type of music: Digable Planets - Rebirth of Slick.... and The Best Is Yet To Come (2008 Remastered)... which is not a bad thing... I like it... now is it worth 3Ms... not sure.... but its really a NICE home that hit all my markers... not to big, its one story, got a pool and the fit and finish is on point... now if it was in Tennessee it may be worth 1.2M or a bit more... max 2.1Ms... I would get this in a heart beat... yet, the thing that keep me away is that its in CA and that state is a bit screwed up for me...although be it I would just stay off to myself... I am not sure what jobs or work I would do out in that area...LOL

Btw, im from New Zealand but im all of sudden lookin up properties in the u.s. the South is ideal esp Tx, GA, VA, Arizona looks good too. L.a has nice homes but im not sure id wana live there due to floods etc 😫
