Let's make a card for Christmas that doubles as a fancy fold card! This slider card has a hidden message card attached which will put the receiver in awe.
I've included a few card making techniques in today's video along with additional card samples for birthday card ideas and upcoming Grandparents' Day (September 8).

After you cut the slits you lined up your folder and embossed. The video doesn't capture how you embossed. My question is, did you fold your cardstock back so that the folder's hinge went in to the machine first, or did you run the folder in sideways with the hinge on a side? Cute card:)

Just to be clear, Stampin’ Up inks are ‘water-based dye inks’. That’s why they react to water.

@mannoncorr... Yes, that is a wonderful feature that I had absolutely no idea about!! But I'm not sure the fact that it being water-based is the reason. Most independent TH-camrs will tell you that ONLY oxides will react with water! Those are NOT water-based, correct?
@@mkathrynblacker5960 I’m not sure about that. You’d have to read what it says on the stamp pad. What I know is that oxides are a special kind of inks. Not sure if that’s the difference.
