You might not understand this but later on you'll definitely understand, so the reason why some icons have different colors/shapes (except dystopia) is because they're actually separated into different categories, the first five are beats, then effects, melodies and voices, also some sounds have two loops so if you wait a little then they might just do something different, Alpha, Brazil and Alive are the only versions that do not have sounds that have two loops, you can pause them by clicking on them, you can unpause them by clicking on them again and you can solo them by clicking and holding on them, I really want you to play more so I tried to make you understand more about the game so hope this helps ;3 Edit: I recommend you check out the sounds one at a time then check out the bonuses and checking make your own stuff, also there are mods on this game and when I say alot I mean ALOT and even though you already have played the versions out of order I recommend you check out the versions in order, trust me they get better with every version ;3 (sorry if my english is bad) Edit 2: I've noticed that you never actually played the bonuses so I will tell you what bonuses are, so if you notice the circle things on top of the box where the polos (that's what the men are called btw) are in those are the bonuses, so basically what they do is if you hover your mouse on one of them some icons will light up and when you drag one of the icons that light up then a part around the circle will be colored/filled and when the thing around the circle is colored/filled completely then the circle will turn green and when you click on it it will play a "short" video clip (the reason why I said "short" is because dystopia's/the 8th version's bonuses is basically a short movie separated into 3 parts) and before you come back to the 8th version I want you to check out the other versions first (except wekiddy/the 9th version because it's the newest version) and I want you to make a separate video on you reacting to the bonuses of dystopia, also dystopia is pronounced dis-tou-pia so yeah...that's all I wanna say :3
