  • Set in an empty theater in the present, Lisa Peterson and Denis O’Hare’s beautiful adaptation of the ancient Greek classic turns an epic celebration of war into a haunting, poetic reminder of war’s human cost.
An arresting, not-to-be-missed solo performance by iDiOM Theater founder Glenn Apollo Hergenhahn-Zhao.

This was so good! This guy is amazing, just monologuing for over an hour. He was so intense and you could really feel raw emotion, very well done!

Saw this play on stage 7/21 (different actor)
    Amazing work.....
This is the tragedy of all war
This is the glory of all war
The most heartbreaking depiction of our species
The wonder of this timeless material is its immediacy

We are reviewing this play for an assignment in my theatre class and with that final speech I can’t help but think of Palestine and how relevant this play is right now in 2024
