- Hello Immians!!! I am back with a #5daychallenge
This time I'm trying the NIVEA CREAM/CREME which is a super inexpensive 'apparent' dupe for the $335 LA MER CREAM! OMG I WAS ACTUALLY SHOCKED WITH THE RESULTS.

In my opinion, Creme De La Mer and Nivea Creme are very similar but not exact dupes. They’re both basic moisturizers that make even the driest of skin feel soft and smooth for hours. Creme De La Mer is slightly better because it contains seaweeds that produce lactic acid, but that’s not enough to justify the high price tag imo.
Personally, I’d go with Nivea and use the money so saved to buy a AHAs exfoliant or antioxidant rich serum. And, that way, I’d still have plenty of money left to splurge on makeup. 😉

I've been using Nivea since the age of 19 . I'm now 61 no wrinkles . I get a lot of compliments even from my doctor's people can't believe my age lol . I use it under my foundation and I recommend this moisturizer to everyone ❤❤

You should do the frozen cucumber facial massage challenge. Its supposed to remove pigmentation and acne scars and also moisturize your skin. You have to do it daily preferably in the morning and night.

Actually, the one i just bought caused me breakouts and that was a local brand. I'm wondering if nivea soft will be helpfull or not. I've been using cetaphil cleanser for a year now and it suits perfectly for my skin but recently I've seen so many videos saying that it contains harmful ingredients which will show it's effect after many years of using it.. what shall I do ?

Creme de la mer is the dupe. Nivea was created and released much earlier so it was there first. La mer is enriched version which has a price tag on it. I use nivea all my life and its amazing.
I tried many different creams in my life and i always have my nivea with me. Nothing even comes close ❤

No it's only for normal to dry skin
@almeera ali it depends.. sometimes skin is breaking out because of less hydration. Many people with oily skin with acne when start doing proper hydration/moisturising saw better results.

The best is olive oil if you would like to mix it but . If you are gonna use a oli use Bio oil it's much better then you don't have to mix anything and it also repears the skin at the same time.

True. Nivea came first long before La Mer.
We don’t use Nivea cream on our faces in Turkey because we think it makes hair to grow on our faces.. this thought is coming based on lots of experiences..
That might be true because of the high moisture actually. For me I’ve had ipl hair removal so hopefully that’s not an issue 😂
