- NA's upcoming Summer event will be called Arctic Summer World! It's a Theme Park type event, with a point ladder, and timed nodes similar to yamataikoku! Currently we have the social media pre-campaign but we're expecting the event to show up around July 18th. We'll have 4 different banners and all of them will overlap! This will also be NA's first event with a 90++ node! In this review guide we talk about all the mechanics, bonus units, craft essences, and more coming with the event!

This year's summer event is pretty fun! The mechanics are relatively straight forward, the banners are plentiful, and we're going to be getting our first ever 90++ node! skipping everything for Tiamat and possible summer Koyanskaya (copium) but hopefully will manage to get Oberon and Castoria this year (I got KoyanDark NP2 in the GSSR and TamaLancer in the Destiny Order GSSR, so I'm quite happy regardless).
Will 100% go for 90++ nodes since I have the triple Koyanskaya team at lvl 104 already. Even if I can't 3T clear, I'll just use FGA lol
I AM SO COOKED i just reached lostbelt 1 all my battles are 11 to 15 turns cu alter lvl 100 did carry me but it ain't enough 💀
@@cheems6193 I completed all the Lostbelts and story chapters in roughly 3 months using Castoria, Waver, Herc level 80/Np1 as my primary units. Except for the main boss battles at the end of these chapters, my battles lasted 5-8 turns. The key was borrowing the correct units from friends and using the FGO wiki so that I knew what I was facing going into the battle. Borrowed Ozy Rider, Kama Assassin, scath Lancer, and Super Orion Archer mostly because they had the right traits for many battles. Lots of FGO is about picking the correct team going into battles. Cu Alter is better than Herc, so I don't know why you are struggling but I hope this advice helps. Good luck!
I was targeting Summer Skadi as my #1 pickup, Lady Avalon #2, and throw a few SQ at the Ibuki banner but only after the other two. So, it looks like I do the Lady Avalon banner first and hope to get her without spending a boatload of SQ. Then do Summer Skadi. Then, lastly Ibuki banner. I do have 2,000 SQ from saving & anni so I'm in good shape SQ-wise.
Good job on the video. I expect that Hokusai Saber will do well in the 90++ node like you said, double castoria as supports probably or Oberon Castoria. So, for people who have Hoku Saber she can also probably card one of the first waves. The only issue is that she will need charge if you are going to fire off her NP twice on this node. Maybe you bring along another servant to take out one of the early waves.

With the Summer Social Media campaign announced, it's guaranteed it's going to come on July 17th. Anything else would be absurd.
So looking at the road map and the wiki it looks like we may have a dry month ahead of us after this summer event. Good time to farm up resources for the events after this. Im maxxing that barghest ce immediately lol.
Well we should have the download campaign and they announced the FSN anni campaign will happen "soon" for the free Artoria.
Good, now i can return to continue the story since i left it at SIN.

@@ryojimata3708 Yea no official confirmation other than "soon" the other choices are Heracles and Emiya really but might as well pick up the free 5 star if given the option. I expect by the end of the year at the latest or toss it in with another one of the campaigns.

Oh I think I might put too much time and effort into this game... I was dreading the 90++ node and then when you brought it up it's just like "Oh that's it?" on one of my accounts Arc was extremely kind to me, and on the other I have heavy investment in spishtar so that's me sorted. Edit: Oh that was the 90+ node LUL. ++ still looks doable though

For 90++ it's either summer hoku or MHXX alter...I don't feel that confident with this one boys xD
But when in doubt, I'll try to arjuna alter this.
I don't know that even a Level 120 NP5 DKS+O Godjuna could 3T that without depending on RNG for busters cards at the right moments. But, as Kadroth said, you don't HAVE to 3T it.
I just NP5'd my Saberlot while pulling for Arc, so I'll probably throw him and 2 Castorias at it and see how many turns it takes. Not FGA-able by any stretch of imagination, but it's not a lotto so who cares.
Huzzah. I got my minimum desired Arc level (np3) at exactly the most quartz I was willing to spend because of safety net amount for Summer Skadi. 500 remaining, not including the new interludes, rank ups, extra missions, and main interlude stuff left to do. With np3 Kama and Okitan Summer, my account will massively benefit from her, and Skadi is one of my favorite LB kings to begin with.

I got my first arc copy in 300 sq and i haven’t seen her again over 500 sq later. I just wanted np2 😭
@@Therealkingk909 Oof, yeah, that is how my first and second went. First one came at 250-ish, second came at about 1000 in and after a Tametomo spook. Took a bit for the third copy as well.

I'm going into Rome for my limited Servants Challenge Run, so having an extra assassin who's going to probably be better than Carmilla after the event would be great!
Saito is insane in this event’s 90++, even better with PMerlin and castoria.
I have 1200 SQ, so I am sure as hell getting something, hopefully both Ibuki and Skadi. And while my account as not good enough to farm 90++, I think I can farm this one at least, because I have NP 5 Bedivere.

I have about the same and I'm still worried I won't get np2 ibuki and a Sskadi. If only I don't reach 150pulls whenever I have a target servant.

@@darksteelmenace595 That's fair but just remember it's less RNG than you might think. He has quick crit up on his evade that's 100% crit up. You don't need a full brave chain, just one buster card and quick card should be enough. But yeah don't bother rolling for just one event.

@@darksteelmenace595 If you've got normal Scotty it should be enough to use a Summer in support. It will help give better coverage for more cards for the first wave because Scotty gives crit up to quick cards and Summer Scotty gives them to buster cards. With OG Scotty's 100% crit up for quick cards and Santa Karna's 100% up for crit quicks it's some pretty decent damage even if you get no buster cards.

Is the reward difference between 90+ and 90++ node that huge? My dps are mostly np1 and i don't even have Oberon. 90++ is legit scaring me rn with how bloated the enemy hp is.
Do you think doing 90++ is worth the time and reward over the usual 90+?
In almost all events with the exception of like one (Illyafest) 6 events CES for the 90+ is better than 5 event CEs for the 90++. I think he says something like this in the video. But if you've got him Santa Karna has 100% crit up on a skill on his quick cards. Take Summer Scotty as friend support who gives 100% crit up on buster cards and the card shuffle mystic code and it shouldn't be too hard if you've got your own Caster Scotty.

I have around 12-14 5 stars and I’ve done at least 3 multi and even used the paid summons earlier this month and only got a repeat 5 star

Use an ST servant. Or you can just NOT do the 90++ node. Doing 90+ or ever 90 is still a very valid thing to do.

No 90++ quest again.
The last time, earlier this year, was i only crying and in rage mode for hours, because nearly every Single 90++ quest was near or completly impossible to beat. At last for the roster i had.
I nearly destroyed a glass pane, because of that.
They simply feels unfair and not winable, without having every servant (or specific, every limited servant) at Max lvl and Max skills.
Yeah, they are, for about a year before they ease up. As I've said in the past, don't worry about them. If you can, you can, and if not it's no big loss.
@@AusSP Problem is, if you need the reward, the quest are given.
And, it feels bad to be not able to win that battle, when it looks like, that everyone else could do that without any problems (if you are looking for clips, how to beat that kind of quest).
@@hasseo195doing 90+ or even 90 is still a very valid thing to do. Also trust me, majority of players won't be able to beat 90++ min turn. You're not alone 😂.

@@hasseo195thats wrong, rewards from 90++ are pretty much the same as 90+, to the point when 6 slot 90+ is straight up better than 90++ 5 slot.
