I’m informed that Americans generally are the top of the ‘obesity league’ and I think that us in the UK have ‘overtaken’ the Germans…to become second. Dr Unwin has clearly thought this through extremely carefully, (possibly with the assistance of his wife who is a psychologist…). I’m sure that we should all take a leaf out of his book and adopt his approach universally, in order to try to improve this extremely important aspect of the doctor patient relationship. I’m a retired GP and received more complaints about this topic than any other. But at least I was trying…!!
Congratulations on your favouritism of "How Should Doctors Discuss Obesity With Patients?" inspirational thanks for sharing. ⚖️
