My baby was so chatty & always responded to her name (& nicknames). I miss coming home from work & seeing her run over to the front door to plop on her back & look up at me ❤️

Same! Never had a cat, always dogs, until a pregnant one showed up at my door one day! Of course, we took in the whole family and the rest is history! They are just as engaging, loving, and devoted as dogs which is saying alot, OK everything!!

I've had 2. The 1st was barn cat stock but raised in the house and was queen over any nearby animals regardless of species. The 2nd became her 2nd in command and was also a dwarf (cats can have dwarfism) who had a fondness for grunting up a storm while laying on her back and chasing her littermate brother (who was 3x her size lol). She had such musical grunts. However of either of them annoyed 1st she was audible at the back of the property .....she had special generally annoyed but not angry sounding meows she'd be hollering at them with. The dogs, rabbits, ducks, cows, etc got generic meows. I think maybe saw the siblings as her kittens even though she wasnt their bio mom

What a chatty little Cathy! She chirps and vocalizes while rolling around on the floor. She reminds me of my calico Maggie, who used to chat and chirp whenever I sneezed as she snoozed under the lamp. I love Calicos. They have spunky little personalities. She is blossoming under your care.
Cass is showing you her gratitude every day for the loving happy safe home you are providing. She loves your shoes because they smell of you and they feel safe when they sleep on your belongings. The cat used to sleep in my trousers if I left them laying on the bed. He knew his hooman pheromones.
Beautiful kitty! We have a cat that used to drag things to their water dish and dump them inside….but never a sock. When we put their food and water up higher, the little ‘gifts’ stopped appearing in the water bowl. Cats are hilarious.😋
Everything goes in Moxie's water bowl. He even pulled the cat grass out of its plastic container and put that in his water dish. That was a mess ... but I don't care. I love my cats, no matter what they do.

Oh my goodness, she's so much like my cat! We were told we'd never hear a sound from her and that she was the quietest cat in the shelter, and a week after getting her home she was the loudest cat we had ever met. Cass Cass is so pretty too! Love talkative cats so much

I adore her! It is a Calico world and we are servants only. I can't help but notice that they still have floor space and can get more Calicoes. Our local shelter took in a semi-frozen kitten earlier this winter after a snow-storm. It was really touch-and-go for the first week, but they kept at it and he survived the first night, then the second and soon a week and then he was ready for a foster. And he was adopted as soon as he had completely recovered medically and started to like ppl and other animals.
This is one of the happiest cat adoption stories ever. What a distinct personality she has...and she has no trouble expressing herself, does she... 😅 It is clear that she is very happy living with you. It is not often we get the chance to know what a cat was like 'before and after', which I did when I re-homed a cat who I knew quite well in her previous home (which was very busy and she was always nervous as there were children in the house, other cats and then a puppy... 😬) I don't remember ever hearing her 'talk' when I was staying there. Within a short time living with me - as an 'only cat' - she really blossomed, becoming very affectionate and - notably - ended up being the most talkative cat I have ever shared a home with! So I am sure Cass felt the need to tell you from the beginning that knew she had found her happy home; love her 💜🤗
Aww I love talkative cats! My tabby is like this and I swear we are able to have some sort of conversation because we understand bits of what the other is saying (she's very intelligent). I'm so glad Cass has a happy forever home 🐱💜

Aww her cuddling up to your face is so precious! 🥰 She reminds me of one of mine that we adopted. She's super soft, has similar colors but more white and not as dark, super affectionate! She will wake you up from rubbing her head in your hand while you're asleep 😂 She loves snuggles! And curling up next to your head. Vocal too but maybe not as vocal as this one ☺️ And quite expressive and bit dramatic lol

my cat was just like this haha, she loved talking to the family. we'd all be mid conversation and shes join in, she just loved being a part of whatever we were doing. she was also very cuddly and loving. i love all cats, but i definitely have a soft spot for the chatty, attention loving ones ❤
She may be sloppy with the water because she may need her collar loosened up just a little, and if it’s a tall collar that may feel a little restrictive, otherwise she is one happy, beautiful little find❣️💖🐾😸Thanks for rescuing her and giving her love that she’ll always repay 🐈👍✅

Doesn't matter if they're inside cats. Too risky if one gets out. So many stories of owners regretting not putting collar back on for dogs and cats alike and they got out. Only requirement it should be is it has to be a safe and not so tight one.

That's a very common misconception. Cats meow all the time, even with zero humans around
there are some scenarios where they do but for the most part, meowing is reserved for humans
