FMLS VS. CFRA

CFRA and FMLA essentially offer the same thing for new parents, but they have some big differences when it comes to qualifying.
If you work remote or for a small company you likely don’t qualify for FMLA, but if you live in CA and work remote or for a small company you probably do qualify!
