Mainly through high volume which is what helped more i found, so benching 3-4x per week and with high sets like 6 sets minimum every session and low reps for example monday - 6 sets of 6, Wednesday 7 sets of 5 and friday 8 sets of 4 and also i tried to find a weight that would be about 90% effort
