- Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.31 is finally here!
In this video I'll run through one of the biggest surprises to come from Update 1.31 the fix of the legends dealer rotation glitch for the Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak as it finally returns after 9 months away!
So today it's time to bring the first of my Update 1.31 Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak builds with a 600pp Tokyo build

The Aston Martin DP-100 VGT with comfort hard tires on it will beat this 600 PP event within 25 minutes flat! The escudo is watered down and looks extremely slow on the straights! The Aston Martin DP-100 can also be fitted with racing hard tires or intermediate tires and you can win the 700pp LeMans race! You don't need to manipulate or change anything on the car other than the tires and it will win both events with ease!

i created a build based off the old one only lost about 50hp and actually was able to add a tiny bit of front downforce and it can do consistant 1:52 lap times when its dry
A Better Version:
-Stock Tires (not wide)
-Aero 200 and 700
-no engine downgrade (100%)
-no Ballast
-racing gear (350kph)
-high RPM turbo
-comfort hard
PP: 578,81
even better version: front Aero 246 or 248 😉

I took this on the 24 hour and found out it doesn’t have headlights.😅
Try turning on the racing line it may help guide you
You can use plenty of GR2 cars to race there and win with a very comfortable gap.
There’s actually a glitch build for this car mate where you can get it under 600PP whilst it’s kicking out 1,186 bhp.

@@MarkHossNorthwestrcclub It’s over on the LiamFox11 TH-cam channel, buddy! Despite being on Comfort Hards, it definitely doesn’t feel like a brick to drive (at least in my opinion).
@@MarkHossNorthwestrcclub Comfort Hard tires. Downforce to 248/700, but that is only if you have original wheels with standard Rims and standard Offset (Original Livery), otherwise 246/700. full power, no ballast, Racing Transmission. 1 pit stop, where you may not change tires (saves may be 3 seconds). i recommend top speed to put 350 (or 360 if you have fuel problems)

Awesome video.
While we lost several glitch cars for this event, I prefer a straight up build like this and makes it more accessible to those folks who don't seek out glitch build methods and simply play the game. I'd be interested to see if any others cars are now better on this track in the 600pp realm.
If there is no one's posted it yet. The racing softs build is on skull Busters now and later on a much easier build will be up discovered by Vasily here. Me and Vasily can do 22.03/04 total times

There are 2 different glitch builds depending on which tires you use. One has better handling but gas is worse. Other has better fuel saving but not as controllable. I prefer better fuel. Time around 23 mins flat
Awesome tune mate!!! Just tried it and yeah definitely hard difficulty is the best, also I realize you just need to wallride the first corner, the rest of the track is more fun to run it the normal way. Tnx man!!!

It got me on the right track to tweak it a bit for myself.
I got it around 700 bhp and just under 600 pp
Now i'm doing almost 24 min flat for the 12 laps, it's crazy.
Fastest lap with Wal riding was around 1m56 😄
With the tweaked build i did also a 700 pp build and man does it fly.

And a 700 PP for Le Mans, please. Like a lot of people, I just got this car for the first time.
The DP-100 still does this with no stop and similar lap times with wall riding. But I finally got me an Escudo so I'm happy.
Did all settings the same. Pp is at 613.28…….
I just did this method its the best one to do by far its with ease and super easy and straight forward once you know how it all works about 5 or so minutes faster than 24hr of le mans event 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
For everyone having problems with PP. Set the transmission to racing manual.
Big, big fan of the channel. Will do this one as I cannot bring myself to wall ride. I know we are grinding but I still want to enjoy it. It is just how I am.

Hey 👋🏼, I really love your channel the way look in detail and explain what do you do & why, in this race I've tried a lot of time but unfortunately couldn't finish because of panalty time 😠, so do I wanted to try it again but with ( Porsche 911 GT3 ( 997 ) 2009 stock, guess what I wan 😬, also because my steering wheel have a problem, I used joystick & drove in auto 😅. Thanks for your tip about using the wall to slow down it helped a lot.

The fastest build out there is possible a combination of mine and a guy called Vasily who came with the idea of intermediates on the rear . Prior to that we were use comfort hards front with racing softs rear. Now with careful fuel management I can do 21.53 on our CH/IM setup
I don't like rhe sacrifice on the top speed, not hitting above 200 mph makes this build kinda boring imo but fuel consumption is great
How about making a video about the regular tuning? The latest version changed my tuning slightly and I want to improve my tuning. Like how to get rid of over/under steer. In depth regular tuning video. There’s already so many ways to cheat and grind money.
Lastly, the veyron, the '17 gt-r, aventador, and spider can all be built to run tokyo under 24 with wall riding

The Tire Width Does not matter i have default rims.
Fastest lap 2 minutes and 3 seconds on wheel.
I accidentally found a better setup. probably glitched. i was updating as i was inputting your numbers and noticed it was 603 when i dropped the ecu down to 75 before i even added ballast. i added ballast and it went to 663. i have the high rpm turbo sports hard same tranny u have but a 70 on ecu, 0 on ballast and 100 on power restrictor. im putting out 830 hp 1764lbs and im 599.57

All his builds have been like this. There has to be some difference between the PAL copy, what he's using, and the US copy, what I assume you're using.

I use your setup from your previous video on 1.30 and the car is at full power and like 570pp
This is a phenomenal build did it two times already with no refueling and change of tires amazing tune
Is any else getting what feels like clipping when turning at higher speeds, when using the Escudo? Is this suppose to be more realistic to the way the Esudo actually feels in real life, with the physics update?
I followed everything thing exactly and It didn't work it only dropped down to 613.44. Now I am doing this on a PS4 does it make a difference weather or not you use a PS4 or PS5. Please excuse my bad grammar and spelling lol

Comfort Hards for tires/tyres?
be sure to check whether you fitted standard or wide tires in the Auto Shop, this makes all the difference.
@Christoph Gilberg 18" or greater rim size and wide settings. I've played with a bunch of different combinations as well.

You probably went over the white line in the last corner or hit the cones
Best I can get it to is 613.01 thats as low as a I can get it with these tires... Something about this particular race is completely broken, I have tried nearly 20 cars on this one race the best I can do is 10th and none of my settings match anyone elses... This is so f*cking frustrating....
