yes! ive had a griddle shovel for a while now and use it every time i do fried rice! i always do these fried rice meals when camping they are so easy and fairly quick. then they taste even better in the morning with an added fried egg on top.

We dont care for soy so we use either beef or chicken broth, seasoned up with our favorite seasonings. My question is what temp are you cooking at? My rice sticks wvery darn time, and using more butter/oil than you showed here.
Not going to lie but that looks really awesome! Regarding the cold rice I always break it up with my fingers before it hits the griddle so it won't clump up at all. Pit boss sure hooked you up with some awesome griddle accessories! I really love the look of that griddle. So much space too. Great video gentleman! COWBOY FRIED RICE MARINADE RECIPE (For country style ribs and fried rice sauce) 2 cups bbq sauce 1/2 cup chicken broth/stock (add more to thin out sauce as needed) 2-3 tbsp bbq rub/seasoning (we recommend Uncle Steve's Shakes Magic Rib Rub and Competition Pig Shake) 2 tbsp brown sugar 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (add to desired taste) Mix all ingredients and use to marinate cubed ribs by placing ribs in a bowl or ziplock bag, and pour about half of the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly covered. Place in refrigerator for minimum 4 hours. Use remaining sauce toward the end of the fried rice cook.
Neat video to watch, thanks for this. It would have been good if you mentioned how you changed/managed the flame setting under the griddle, though. For example, while the rice was over to the right waiting on its own I assume you turned the flame off or really low right under it.

Absolutely one meat will be good! Lol, we have had a similar look for so long, when we decided to dedicate ourselves to TH-cam, we thought it would be fun to keep the same look. For years Brett had a goatee, while I kept a full beard. Eventually Brett grew his out and it’s been close to the same since. Much love fam!

We in Louisiana would call that some grilled BBQ Jambalaya. Just need some chicken, Ayyyyyeeee. Nice idea for leftover rice. Sometimes I make too much pasta and I do something similar with the day-old cooked pasta. In Louisiana, they have something called "Pastalaya", which is basically Jambalaya with Vermicelli pasta instead of rice. I wanna come over for dinner, pleeze, I'll bring over some of my famous Cajun deviled eggs, Lol
Off subject, make a BLT, using a package of bacon "bits and pieces" with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo, on a Hogie roll, maybe add cheese. Call it a cheese Swine sandwich? Basically a cheese steak but with bacon.

Tip for Rice (keep grains separated and fluffy) - Do NOT rinse, instead saute' in butter and olive oil then cook as usual. Saute' 2-3 minutes until all of the grains are covered with butter/oil. To saute' use approx. 1TBS butter and 1TBS olive oil (avocado, coconut, etc.) per 1cup rice. I use an Instant Pot for my rice and cook on the rice preset button (13mins). You can do the same in a rice cooker. If your rice cooker does not have a function to saute' {like an IP has} just saute' in a pot/pan first. I use ratio 1cup rice to 1.25 - 1.50 cups water. I use Jasmine or Basmati almost only, sometimes Brown Rice, but Basmati (white or brown) is always the fluffiest by far. Always use cold rice for stir fry. Last minute fried rice just spread on a baking pan and put in a 250 degree oven for an hour with the oven off... it dehydrates the rice quite nicely.
