A recently dropped song that I see is all over TH-cam. They did a good job of covering this. To me the original live version with Paul DiAnno is the best version, which you guys already have done. Check out Ghost - Square Hammer
What a combination, Iron Maiden the band that got me into metal way back in 86 and Ghost, another one of my big favourite bands. I must admit I was also expecting the musical version of Phantom of the Opera but when that iconic riff started up I was pleasantly surprised. Ghost just seem to nail each cover that they do, remaining faithful to the original while adding their own spin on it with Tobias adapting the vocals to suit the style of whichever Papa is singing at the time. It was really cool how the visualiser kept morphing between Eddie and Papa IV. This song is bound to become a live favourite with the ghouls(especially the guitarists) having a field day and maybe having some more duelling guitars. Ghost are an amazing band, I just love all the lore they have and the whole look with the masks and the pope robes, I haven’t seen them live yet but I really want to as I know they put on one hell of a show. I don’t know if you have reacted to anymore Ghost songs but my favourite song is Rats which also has an amazing video so I highly recommend checking that one out if you haven’t done so already and also Mary on a Cross. Also before I forget Within Temptation are releasing a new song on May 19th and also the new Sleep Token album is out that day.
