This flow is exactly what I enjoy - variety, a teacher with his/her own stye, time to breathe into stretches and feel the muscles lengthening - all of this enables me to forget that the practice is even wrist-free & tailored to bodies that need TLC. Thanks again for helping me stay fit & well in my 40s.

So I've been practicing yoga on TH-cam every day for over a year now and I'd seen your videos but never done one cuz (I'm ashamed to admit but) I totally judged you by your cover and I, in general, take direction from women better.... But I have a wrist injury and was getting bored with the practices from my normal teachers, so I gave it a try... And omg I'm hooked!! I absolutely love the sense of whimsy and imagination you invite in your practices. Routines are challenging, engaging, and so graceful and fun, the time just flies by!! I am so unbelievably happy that I have found this class. Over the last couple of years I have developed tendonitis in my arms as well as in my left hand, thumb rather. So traditional yoga unfortunately was not an option and I have made yoga a part of my life for the past 15 years. I came across your channel and did this practice this evening. Firstly, fabulous to be taught by a man and also being a UK channel. I like trying different classes but have so many joint and tendon challenges a wrist free class is superb. Most yoga instructors don’t do them and some seem more about putting in as many difficult postures as possible without actually recognising what yoga really means. I have also done Qigong so the flow is beautiful, even makes a lump like me feel more floaty. I hope you continue to post on here as I live in Lincoln and not London and want to continue with you as one of the teachers. Ps…. I also love the space you have used with all the greenery. If I was teaching my space has a cat tree and numerous cats jumping me or each other and making a nuisance. And not all are mine!!! Thanks 🙏

I am a long time yoga practitioner who has recently begun doing Qigong. I love the fusion to create a flowing and mindful class that is challenging. Would love to see more of this style in a longer format.

Hi James, I❤this workout! I have done it several times now including in Maui from my lanai looking out at the ocean! Mandela flow is so much fun.The movement from side-to-side is a creative way to loosen up the hips! I had an ulna nerve transposition surgery 😢 and need to avoid putting pressure on my elbow. Your workouts give me my mind-body connection. I discovered your videos after my first surgery for a trigger finger. Balance poses are my favorite as it helps me be present. It woild be great if you could add a dancer pose, bridge or boat pose.
First class with you! Found you due to wrist issues. Enjoyed the calm, flowing movements and still felt like I exerted myself! Will try your longer practices! TY!
Another great one. I love doing these first thing in the morning. They get me moving and make me feel energised. Chose the "shorter" one cause I was sore from walking around all day yesterday haha. Still did not disappoint and goddess pose is challenging! My legs feel like wakame now!

Thank you, Thank you & THANK YOU James! I have been dealing w/chronic pain in my right shoulder (bursitis & tendonitis) for some time. Your hands free yoga practices is what I need but I have a big feeling that I will have to start physical therapy soon but I hope my sports medicine doctor will not tell me that I have to take a break from your hands free yoga practices... I really enjoy your practices nonetheless. Namaste.

Hi James, I❤this workout! I have done it several times now including in Maui from my lanai looking out at the ocean! Mandela flow is so much fun.The movement from side-to-side is a creative way to loosen up the hips! I had an ulna nerve transposition surgery 😢 and need to avoid putting pressure on my elbow. Your workouts give me my mind-body connection. I discovered your videos after my first surgery for a trigger finger. Balance poses are my favorite as it helps me be present. It woild be great if you could add a dancer pose, bridge or boat pose.

Another great one. I love doing these first thing in the morning. They get me moving and make me feel energised. Chose the "shorter" one cause I was sore from walking around all day yesterday haha. Still did not disappoint and goddess pose is challenging! My legs feel like wakame now!
