Your road up the mountain really looks good, too bad about the ROW section, maybe they will come around at some point. The new tires on the loader were a good thing for that mission
As another commentor stated, it probably doesn't matter if the owner comes around or not. If the ROW, or road easement Andrew holds on her land gives him the right to build, and maintain a road, he can do just that (of course within the described limits of the ROW or easement). "Maintain" typically includes installing, maintaining drainage features such as ditches, culverts, water bars, erosion protection, etc.

That crick is exactly what we had at a farm when I was a kid. We would carry buckets of water about 150 feet to the garden when it needed watering. That was a damn chore in itself. Then one day in a wooden shed we found a bunch of garden hoses and put them together. We used bricks to hold one end down right in the crick. The water flowed downhill to the garden. We only had about 20 feet to play with at the garden so I just let it lay and the garden "flooded"., then we'd move the hose to the other side and let it run. My grandfather saw what was going on and laughed. He said "It's not coming out very fast but you really got an idea there". That made me so proud lol. God I miss those days.

R.I.P. that culvert ever bearing any sort of load ever again! Once those CMP pipes crush like that they turn into tin cans. I’m shocked that culvert was ever installed with so little, if any cover, over the top of it. The data sheets on these culverts and their design guidelines typically specify a minimum cover thickness of material over the top to meet safety margins.
Suspect it was the outgoing side of the soft fill. If it was a crush you would have seen the wheel drop while on top. For a while in Ohio they were cutting the ends of steel underground fuel tanks for culverts.

Andrew, video idea. Rebuild the gray truck and make it the ultimate hill climber so you can get to all these hard-to-reach places. Make a great video :)
In his case this is needed. I do know of a place that someone made claimes of a right away. The owners proceeded to remove the entire alley and gate and fence it off properly. When the people showed up they called the Sheriff to which the Sheriff then told them to kick rocks. Right aways exist if there is not access to a property. The people took advantage of the people who owned the land next to their by driving through the land to get to theirs. At one time the land belonged to that land. So as habit they kept doing it that way. Kicker is they have 2 public roads to which they can access that 1/4 section of land. This means that the areas is 1/2 mile by 1/2 mile big. That is 2640 feet per side. Thus you see the reason why the Sheriff told them to kick rocks. I know of several other examples of this exact thing. So unless your land is 100% land locked and your right away is the only access then you can do as you please with it. Really if he wants to he can have a survey done on the right away and bull doze it clear. Right aways are defined by x amount of feet. For all we know it could be 50 feet.
@@kameljoe21 I helped do some research on this - he is completely in the clear to make the road accessible and maintained per his deed. There's actually a lot of history in the area which is kinda cool. Many of these lots where divided up in the late 1700s early 1800s. I don't know her reasoning but I believe she just doesn't want the road or area to be developed at all. But that ROW / Road has existed long before she was around. Andrew retained a good lawyer who's very familiar with ROW law and he's been given the clear to exercise his rights on the matter - which she is currently trying to impede. I think he's trying to give the lady time to come around. People get nasty when property stuff is involved. Andrew was planning to do the work at his own expense, but I think if she ends up being too big of a pain and keep pushing legal fees as a way to stifle progress she might get stuck with a nice bill for his legal defense and much much more.
@@CerebralAilment Yes, from what I understand his land is locked in with no other access point and his ROW is likely deeded into the proprety in which it crosses. I am not sure if there is other land in which other people might need access to said road. Yet either way most of these right ways have some sort of survey markers or some thing along with that. One could spend the money and repair the road and one could also have it surveyed to which could the become a permanent road ways too. Many ROW are now existing roads. Some might not know that. Yet a lady who is being a dick just might find herself on the back end of a video.

I don't know anything about his background genetics but he sure does look good!
He looks like he'd make a fine stud dog.
Find him a girl friend.
@doggonedk I used to breed dogs and then I found out they could do it themselves
@@AndrewCamarata
If I was still in to the Labs I could do that. But about 30 years ago I switched to German Shepherds.
2.1K+👍's up Andrew thank you for sharing 😉
I thought the machine was going into the creek when that culvert started to collapse :|
Точно, этот мостик теперь долго не проживет!
@official-AndrewCamarata. Неужели будет ролик о замене?
Machine definitely big enough for the job, nice move and install young man. Thanks for the video.
Lmfao "The lady that owns this land is really mad at me."
*Gets massive wheel loader stuck on no trespassing sign*
"Ah we should've just pushed that over."
I got a right of way there.
The posted sign on the right of way makes it even worse. Who else is for other than Andrew. Some people are just basically nasty by nature.
@@AndrewCamarataAnd the right of way usually consists of 15' both sides of center line and anything in that area that impedes use can be removed. 😅
I was getting so much anxiety because it was so obvious it would easily fit complete inside the bucket and you weren't even trying to do that. And also that you left everything in the bucket to keep randomly falling out all over the place. Geesh!
Wow almost all that rock is gone. I wonder if he sold some rock or used it only for his roads. That was a lot of rock.
That is a lot of road
@@andrewadams488 that is very true. I would have sold some rock though cause that rock crusher and rock truck were not cheap. Wonder if he plans to blow some more rock.
It shold be cool if he blasted down the bottom of the stone corry below the ground level
,so it could collect water, then he could have a beach in the lower end and a jumping cliff shelf in the hill end.
Mountain top /lake/ pond /swimming hole.
Don’t think he sold any rock Msha is a real pain and if he’s selling rock technically him and a his crappie equipment would be violation after violation he would loose money the fines are insane.
Nah he didnt sell it, its for his road improvements. He prob saved 6 figures on materials costs.
The opening sequence is brilliant drone flying!
10:05 i thought "is he gonna cross that wooden bridge"!
Neighbors who know more than you do in your profession.... Well, I'll hold my tongue and keep it PG.
Peak color in the Catskills is quite the sight! Thank you Andrew!
Love the videos
Beautiful fall colors! but Very Dangerous!!!! At minute 11:19 I saw the wheel of the vehicle sink into that thin bridge...put a new bridge where there wasn't one...now we'll have to reinforce that bridge where the wheel loader passed
R.I.P. that culvert ever bearing any sort of load ever again! Once those CMP pipes crush like that they turn into tin cans. I’m shocked that culvert was ever installed with so little, if any cover, over the top of it. The data sheets on these culverts and their design guidelines typically specify a minimum cover thickness of material over the top to meet safety margins.
I think it only has to carry a side by side, The 988 just breaking it in 😅
Suspect it was the outgoing side of the soft fill. If it was a crush you would have seen the wheel drop while on top. For a while in Ohio they were cutting the ends of steel underground fuel tanks for culverts.
thats exaxactly what that is a i think. an old fuel tank. with way to little cover over it.@@mmielcarek3046
Oddly enough, i don’t recall seeing him drive that unit back out of that property and over the culvert for a second time.
I'm guessing that was installed by a landowner without much oversight.
I think its the contrast between the clean beautiful scenery and the heavy equipment that makes Andrew's content so watchable.

I really thought that culvert was going to collapse completely.
You took the words right out when you went by the tree. Should of knocked it down. But the move was cool. I can see your neighbor, I bet Andrew could do it 😊
AC's Bridge Moving Services 👍🤣🤔😯
Too bad Ac ain’t in charge no more- home alone
Where ever you are, that's beautiful country. But as around here finding a flat place can be challenging.
Andrew, video idea. Rebuild the gray truck and make it the ultimate hill climber so you can get to all these hard-to-reach places. Make a great video :)
Hello Andrew enjoying your videos from Mound City Kansas USA 🇺🇸
Did that neighbor actually tell Andrew he couldn’t fix something?… ahhh hold my beer 🍺
Thanks!
Thank you.
Lol I thought he was going to use it as a draw bridge for the castle.
That was a quick made bridge ! Bravo:)
Dude, I am always up for some right of way drama.
Thanks for the shout-out @ 12:30 🤣🤣 finger remover 6000*** Thanks for another great upload Andrew!
Have you ever run multiple
Drones at once? If not, have you thought about it?
Yes
@@AndrewCamarata Um tripé bem leve preso ao drone seria interessante para fazer filmagens em terra em vários pontos no decorrer de um trajeto, por exemplo.
Man you don't know how much I love watching that wheel louder at work my dream was to drive one like !
I totally love the sheer size of the wheel louder is impressive.
they are definitely fun to use but its kind of like when you first get your drivers permit and you go out of your way to drive and eventually after so many years to find any reason not to drive. that being said the only machine ive gotten to that point with is skid steers.
Imagine the amount of us real ones that sit around all day WAITING for him to post 😂
😂 lol I'm one of those us because I love his videos
I'm guilty too! Run equipment all day then come home and run equipment and when I finally sit down for the night, watch Andrew run equipment!
I’m old and lazy…I find it so cool to watch real men work. Maybe in my next life…
Oh Andrew another neighbours getting the s#### , l know make an
offer for her land but keep
anonymous, then tell her
where to go 🤣🤣🤣🤣😁
Why is there always one
person who is a killjoy 🙄
Me! Even made a playlist of ALL videos he made, A and B roll videos and an entire different one jjst for the OG Castle Property and the Mountain Property!
Most people think about New York and imagine sky scrapers and big city life but the state of New York is one of the best kept secrets for natural landscape beauty.
Wasn’t Kyle the one who got hit by the car while snowmobiling ?
Yeah
Must admit love it that carried a steel bridge over a corrugated culvert ... Pretty impressive how it held up
💪
He reminds me of Johnny Weissmuller "Tarzan". He lives up on the escarpment. In a tree house. He has a sidekick monkey/dog named Cody. He has a girlfriend Jane/Samantha. He is living the LIFE! That's why I love watching the Truman show. Thanks Andrew!
I thought he and Sam were no longer a couple
Sooooooo how did the culvert hold up on the way out?
Fine, the loader was lighter.
That's material for a next video
Looked like the culvert is now a true round...cool video Andrew.
I forgot just how big that loader was
Thanks for your time making the video watching from Reno NV
Easements can be such a pain, i've dealt with a neighbor that liked the gravel driveway we all share to be as bumpy as possible so people go slow, complains about dust (doesn't understand if we get new gravel the dust will go away) even though it legally has to be maintained to county standards in the paperwork.
Gravel costs money. It's almost always about the money.
Gravel is cheaper than suspension maintenance lol
@official-AndrewCamarata.
SCAM ALERT
You have all the big toys and can do whatever you want with them and it’s awesome. I’m in a heavy equipment votech program as a senior in high school and the biggest machines we have are a Volvo 25 ton haul truck, Volvo L70 loader and a D6.
Andrew: I've got a loader for that
Future customer: we need a big one
Andrew: I'll be back shortly
That was some beautiful fall colors.
