    My advice to anyone having a rhinoplasty. Do not have it done in the dead of winter. You will be much more likely to get anxiety and depression when being stuck inside after surgery. Also, if you are prone to anxiety, make sure to have meds on hand in case your brain decides to go off the rails. Before my surgery, I watched tons of videos from other people, and not many talked anything about the mental health struggles that may arise from having a surgery, especially one such as this.

    Some people can get painful hemorrhoids and contipation after this surgery. Constipation from taking opiods medications and hemorroids from sleeping on a seated position. That's an info some doctors may forget to mention. Thank you for all this info! It is very helpful❤️

    Your nose looks so good!! I got my rhinoplasty done almost 3 weeks ago and it's sooo swollen and it looks horrible totally not happy. I also have a dent at the front of my tip and residual hump...😭 I'm so frustrated cause I can't do anything about it. I feel like it's botched.

    • @its.nathalievictoria
      @its.nathalievictoria  4 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      thank you so much!! Don't worry about it honestly... have you watched my cast removal vlog? because I also had an extremely swollen nose, so much so that I also felt it was botched and was crying. But it will get better, everybody's swelling goes down differently so although I know how frustrating it can be you just have to give it time 🤗P.S. if the dent is still there after a year you can always fill it with filler (non surgical nosejob) I've seen amazing results 💖hope that helps and stay positive! pls subscribe to my channel to stay up to date with my weekly uploads xx

      Fourth!!! Oh my! Can I ask why you had to do it 4 times? I’ve had my nose done 14 days ago. I’m in my first stages of recovery and i’m a bit gobsmacked by your comment. I had my cast removed earlier this week and my first thoughts on my nose were that I HATE IT! I cried my eyes out! My nose is completely swollen from the sides and looks way long from my profile! It didn’t before the operation.

      SAME. I had surgery 2 months ago and I hate the new shape of my nose. I choose to believe that it is just swelling, but I am afraid and distrustful. I cry every day and feel like my life (at least from now until I have surgery again, which would be in 1 year) is over

      No nose is perfect though in symmetry. What you are experiencing is swelling. Try to sleep on your back, use a airplane “C” shape pillow. Eat a lot of iron (spinach, sardines, etc…). Better to be patient and let the nose heal in terms of swelling compared to having to redo the procedure. I think your results will drastically increase soon!

      @@elenaherrera7636 it's completely normal to feel nervous and nothing I say will help that but honestlyyy it's not as bad as you think and that's why my first vlog is so detailed cause I wanted people to see what it is actually like day to day. You fall asleep really quickly and then when you wake up you can't believe it's already done. You don't feel pain but just more discomfort and before you know it your cast is off!
