Reminds me of my youth when a contractor came and loaded them with a Ferguson and banana loader and at least one was towed round by a Standard Fordson! Great bit of restoration!
We had one of them. Dad was a real Massey man. Two problems with them, chains prone to separating and wheel could skid on wet grass and it wouldn’t spread. Muck needed to be loose and properly rotted, not straight from yard.
Great video Steve nice to see your keeping the old muckspreaders going and doing job they were built to do. It will be an impressive sight the three spreaders working 👌👍 Is there any chance of coming to have a look at them working?

Another great video - what a fantastic collection of muck spreaders, took me back to my youth!
Great to see them saved as I'm sure many of us have seen a old Massey spreader rotting in the nettles only to be pulled out and scraped
Great watch 👍
Good video, I knew the muck spreaders would win out in the end...........
