@fallenenemy619 Yesterday we were totally swamped by the storm. Once again New York City failed to prepare for the storm that was coming, and it came MUCH stronger than anticipated, there streets are buried in snow up to peoples' waists and knees, it is crazy out there
@fallenenemy619 - Dude, unlike Chicago, we were not prepared for this storm, this shit came out of nowhere and it pretty much screwed everything up in terms of our transit system. You guys over there get used to this type of shit where we dont even get storms like this so early in the season. So you can take your CTA ass and go somewhere...
@fallenenemy619 that shit is like 2 tons,and the driver cant see what behind him/her,so if it went into reverse,he might as well might have gotten pummeled.
100's of buses got stuck including mine that night and I was miles away from my depot so safety first I pop my breaks pull close to the the side as possible and waited for my shift to end so overtime could kick in. Made close to $700 babysitting a bus for 15 hours. The operator of this bus was very much an idiot.
@fallenenemy619 Just because you guys out there push buses by the human body doesn't mean we will.......Y'all are used to this...We are a much bigger city so the City shoulda had these streets cleaned WAY ahead of time to prevent a majority of these buses gettin stuck the way they did this storm. On top of this storm being last minute and ON TOP OF NYC sleeping on the storm!
@fallenenemy619 really? mind you the same bus did get out of that area, only to get stuck again down the street. So me helping is useless. And still one person is not making a difference....smh
he definitely wasn't getting that bus back to Stengel that night lol
WOw, that must of stressed the engine a lot.
Hmph, that bus driver must really have some place to go after work if he's slamming into a bus stop sign and still going, with the pedal to the floor
No snow chains lol....
wow, this guy will not give up.
This bus provides clean energy for oh wait...
Wow, the first time I seen a hybrid move an inch in more than 6 inches of snow.

MTA still puts the chain on... on articulated buses.
DAMN NATURE YOU SCARY!
GOD DAMN!!!
That was crazy! Be careful out there
@fallenenemy619 Oh really how about you try to push a bus back on the streets? Do you even know how much a bus weighs, it's much more than a car.
It operates without equipping with the tire chain why?
Unlike a track, since there is no heavy load, tire races.
@Redbirdfan33 Yeah..
@trainboyrob Yeah...as if the bus went over a bridge.
He crunched a sign.
He'll be okay.
Sorry, but I'm running a little late, lol!
OH!...... OH SHIT!!!.. lmfao
Limo on the snow road haha
wow this is crazy
The bus could not withstand the snippy snee @ 1:05.
@WestEndExpress Thanks!
