Nemo S-600 is a 24 watt led light, and Coco h600 is a 36 watt led light, both build quality is good but if you have a heavy planted tank setup then Coco will be good, but if you have non planted or semi planted tank setup then you can go with Nemo S-600. They both have 300/-Rs price deference.
Simple cost efficient and best light which is just Normal LED TF light (LED Batten) of 4 feet. 28w or 35w anything as per your choice. Just ensure that it should stay dry and don't get wet.
For tanks it can be used but for plants it is not a good idea, also that 9 watt bulb is not water resistant or waterproof so there will be a chance of short circuit or current leakage.
