I take it the van has a new M.O.T. for another year? These synthetic oils are good and yes you can go 20/25k between services but I agree with you Pete doing 10/14k because ware and tare on other components might not get spotted if you’re doing 25k between services, a lot could go wrong with the vehicle like brakes, suspension components chassis nuts and bolts etc that will most probably be picked up on shorter service intervals. Best be safe than sorry. Oh! Ta for the mention too.
Hi Pete, can I ask how you did costings for the Malta job and how did you route this ie - where do you start with ferries, hotels, road tolls and vignettes etc.....seems very confusing
Oil filtr grom years have some capacity. Oil up to 30k its only in Perfect condition like prope motorway runs. If you driving in the town even manufacturer told you 10k is recomended. Malta Job. Take 5k and find europe owner driver to do Job for u.
Well different topic but I have a good story for you.I am in London now waiting to pick up.Booking said clearly 24 hour collection possible. Well ,not!. Anyway I was walking around the building looking for the entrance and two youngsters looking that turned out to be a Moroccan and Egyptian, which I found out as they struck up conversation with me and asked the time,came up to me. They looked drugged and kept on eyeing my watch and phone which they saw I put in my pocket. They started getting close up and milling around me. Made sure they never got behind me and it was clear they were planning to try and rob me . Luckily I am an ex rugby player that weigh 22 stone or more. I shoved them away a few times bloody hard and the one gave up and tried to convince his friend to go.You never know when you get stabbed though .There was a Costa that had staff but not open yet and I knocked but would they open! Adrenaline is pumping now!
TomTom is 250 for truck version you can set size of van or truck etc. I use is for 1 month and I'm happy with this.

Do you do interactive group activities or do you just get told stuff and listen for all 4 hours ?
I’m a new driver I got catch doing 38 on a 30 zone what will happen to my license?
