Awesome overview! I appreciate Ingersol for building so many settings in to this tool! The hand and wrench tight settings are key for not damaging fasteners!!
I have this one and the 3/8s like it with the halo light, I'm a diesel mechanic and I dont use air anymore. I have retired my Milwaukees and brought them home. Love these
omg yesterday I got the ingersoll W7152 I used it to take out two bolts of a 2006 toyota avalon and when I put pa behind the threads I pulled it out a lot and it broke a thread that maqui I love it is a complete machine I didn't realize that I had the maximum torque I LOVE INGERSOLL
Will these batteries break just like the dewalts, milwaukee or ridgid? I've used all 3 and the batteries always crack or snap in half. (I work in a refinery)
Ive been looking at milwaukee, makita and this w7152😊 very impressive But...Milwaukee has a heck of a tool line up, even yard tools and 5yr warranty👍👍👍👍👍
Yeah, I would agree about Milwaukee's lineup and 5 year warranty. I already own a few M12 tools. But in making a decision on cordless tools for my automotive workshop, I went with Ingersoll, starting with the high-torque W7152 (and the IR D5140 drill I got "free" as part of a package deal). Even though I really liked the Milwaukee 2863, there were simply too many automotive-mechanic oriented features on the W7152 for me to ignore (although I really did like the flexibility of the Milwaukee OneKey system).
StilettoSniper i sure cud have used the 1500 ft lbs of power this weekend on a dreaded Honda Crankshaft bolt, most impact wont budge it👍👍👍 ingersoll Rand W7152 is in my near future👍
Great looking design, i like the light feature and the angle of the impact Nothing mentioned about the battery cells, looks like the old 18650 cells at 2.5 Ah two rolls Milwaukee rolls out the 21700 with much higher instant power releases while Bosch releases the new 21700 single roll cell @ 4 Ah Milwaukee has a 5 years warranty on their tools and 3 years on batteries.
Best thing is IR is made for the user to service, milwaukee you service it and that 5 year warranty is over, that means every time you grease the gear section a Milwaukee has to be sent out
Maybe a little too late? Looks great but I have Milwaukee m12 and m18 tools and bought it to use the same batteries on different tools. For people who are new or looking into getting into the eletric tools maybe this will win them over.
Wow that's awesome and I like the light feature it's a plus, now after watching this video I want one and I feel like selling my Snap On cordless 1/2 impact 😂
Not yet...hopefully soon...Milwaukee does...thats why Im waiting to buy Ingersol Rand...waiting to see if they'll sell all the bells and whistles like Milwaukee.
Sorry didn't specify...waiting for all the boots...haven't found a boot yet for there NEW right angle wrench impact W5330 series...they have boot for previous series but not sure it will fit the new one and if it does if it will fit snug or loose.
Its technology it will come out eventually. But companies are smart. Add minor enhancements each release. Too keep up with the competition; moreover have customers standing on their toes to spend money on each version, or every other version and so on. We already see this in cell phones, tv, cars, etc.
@@Iroc_twan I've just got the Milwaukee one key , can't wait to test it . That Ingersoll Rand is a beast cos I've seen it on the other websites, be interesting to see it against the one inch .
that warranty system seems a bit suspicious, not sure i understood it right, 1 year on the small batterys 2 years on the big batterys and 3 years on the tool andd charger? why is there a difference in battery size? are they putting the cheapest cells possible in the little ones to the point they dont expect them to last two years? milwuakee all the way, 3 years on all batterys and 5 years on all tools, 5 years! thats above and beyond a tool has earned its keep after 5 years and youre still eligible to get a brand new on if yours "accidentally" broke right before month 60
@John Raid Hey man, I just picked up a brand new Ingersoll W7152 with two batteries, charger, tool bag AND an Ingersoll D5140 1/2" drill for $450 shipped. From an authorized Ingersoll-Rand dealer in the USA, not eBay or anything like that. There are definitely good deals out there if you look. At that price, it made it hard for me to go with the Milwaukee over the Ingersoll wrench.
Dont buy this IR A New milwaukee impact monster Will Beat this in 6 month! I bought the ir 3/8 Last year but then milwaukee kick his ass 4 month later!
Have you tried putting a Chevy truck hub cap on ? Yeah I say that feature is awesome especially if your working in a fast paced environment . Those center hub caps take a significant amount of time to tighten because of over tightening will cause you a trip t the dealer for hubcap nuts
Whats with the bitch? P/C one suspects, I.R's customer service is completely pants here in England and Europe. They afford the Asian markets more service than in Europe alhough they are an Irish company! Well pants to you I.R. I will stick to Dewalt, or Milwaukee. Unfortunatley England doesnt make anything anymore apart from making thier welfare line longer!

Im glad Ingersol Rand is coming back with a bang...was my first GO-TO brand and soon to be NEW Brand...besides my Milwaukees ;)
Good job on this video, Scott & Mary! You helped make me an IR cordless customer this weekend (W7152-K22 and D5140).
I have this one and the 3/8s like it with the halo light, I'm a diesel mechanic and I dont use air anymore. I have retired my Milwaukees and brought them home. Love these
Can’t wait to use this tool! Just put my order in!
Is IR planning to manufacture a cordless grinder and circular saw? That would be great.
This is an awesome looking tool.
Not enough to get me to leave Milwaukee but if I didn’t have anything I’d get one.
I gotta say that light is awesome.
Agreed it looks awesome!
Thank you very much after watching this video i have ordered the beast with two battery sets hopefully it goes well

I want one of those Ingerson Rand W5132, I need it, please... Excellent
Looks quite skookum! I'd still like to see AvE do a BOLTR, though.
Robby Davidson yeah I've been wanting to seem him do any of the Ingersoll cordless tools
I enjoy Ave but I have messaged him many times and have not gotten any reply what the heck does bolter mean

I cannot wait to try this.
Never seen any of those on the market are they really good ?
does it release now?
do you have the bare tool only?
Yes, it will be possible to buy only the bare tool when it launches.

What we really want is a digital torque you can dial into exact torque.
