Ken, I really enjoy all your videos both building and traveling. They are such good quality and great content. Keep up the good work and God bless you and your family. Eric Swartwout.
I remember growing up 60 years ago our dear mother always had a can of Bag Baum in her medicine cabinet. Never would've guessed their still around. Great stuff. Beautiful Country. I would enjoy a trip like that.
@@kensscenicjourneys7190 and John was born that year…he was born in January and we moved there in September..took his first steps by the band stand! I so enjoy your adventures.
Awesome video Ken and Lauren just think that back then was a much simpler life and that everybody helped one another and today’s hustle and bustle and everybody fighting all the time. Wow how things change. Not that I want snow yet but that area would also look good with a coating of snow. Thanks again
As a fan of trains, I would love to take a ride on this and experience the beauty of your wonderful town. Thanks for sharing. Take care and God bless 🙏👍💚🇬🇧....Simon
Ken the nighttime drone shots were particularly effective. I hope you are able to get some shots of the Christmas lights in your local town nearer the day. Your scenic channel works Ken, so keep it going please!
Hi Ken, for some reason, this video brought a tear to my eye. Lyndonville has changed so much since my days and memories there. I knew a Paris family that lived up at the Corner. My first savings account ever was at the Lyndonville Saving Bank back in the late 40's. Love your videos and beautiful sunsets.
It's great seeing you two making memories together. I also wanted to tell you thank you, I was able to build my own house with my dad helping with the standing up of walls and heavy lifting. I used some of your videos as a guide and built a 24x40 cape with heated/insulated concrete flooring. We were blessed with beautiful dry weather and were able to get it dried in after only about a month, while working on cars full time also.(People were stunned when they witnessed us buildng it lol) I appreciate you taking the time to make the videos and answer some of my questions! MERRY CHRISTMAS
Wow! What a nice town! Great old coaches! And I love when the railroads named their Locomotives and coaches. An old tradition. Reminds me of my time on the D&H Railway. So nice. Thank you so much
Ok, didn't know Mr. G was a Banker😄 also, gonna be movin to Lyndonville coz, I LOVE IT, LOL!!! Amazing little town Ken👍only thing that was missing when the train was departing was snow coming down, woulda made a beautiful picture. Idk if I've missed something or just imagining this but Lauren and Kyle resemble each other, call me crazy if I'm wrong😄or my eyes could be really goin bad😀 Anywho, y'all have a Blessed day G family, see ya in the next vid...🕊🕊🕊
Cool Ken and Lauren, videoing the North Pole Express 2022. Hot Chocolate on board too. Didn't you work on the ramp at the Freight House Ken? Nice tradition! Crazy to hear about the gas pumps under a car dealership! Yay, the drone works! Nice to see the train move. Nice little downtown area. Pretty sunset. The Freight House Christmas lights are pretty. Thanks for this Ken.🫖⛄🎄❄
Thanks for the tour Ken, lovely area... I use to haul bulk propane into this area some years back now...Downtown Lyndonville is quite interesting for sure...I have a 14 foot bass boat that was given to me by my now X sister- in- law which they had a cottage on a lake in Glover... I've enjoyed your adventures on both sides of the river...I'm stuck at 227 lbs. (5) days running now, compared to 275 lbs. on Jan., 1 , 2022... Wishing a Merry Christmas to one & all, Bill... :~)
Not too long ago, before Schillings bought the building and turned it into a brewery, the building was a working grist mill that ground grains and produced flour that was used in baked goods that were sold locally! So yes, the wheel DID work!!!
Wow, what a beautiful sunset in the video! Love the train portion. We have 2 (that I know of) scenic train rides in Connecticut, (Essex, CT and Thomaston, CT) and the Essex one had done a Santa run. Back in the 80's, they did a civil war program I photograph, where re-enactors put on a skirmish with a cannon on a flatbed car. That Essex train ride also hooks up with a boat ride up the Connecticut River. Thanks Ken, for another great video and the history of the surrounding buildings.
Great video Ken. I know how you feel, getting to spend time with your daughter is GREAT. We are about the same age and my daughters name is Laura. The fly over video was spectacular I hope and pray you had as an enjoyable time with your daughter as I have when I am with mine and my granddaughter. Merry Christmas
It seems that everyone loves trains especially Christmas trains. In Connecticut There is a steam train called The Valley railroad At Christmas time it is sold out way in advance youd be lucky to get a ride on it. They do a real nice job of decorating the station and the railroad equipment it is a big attraction.
Educational of our beautiful state. Another fantastic father daughter experience melding of both talents of knowledge and video.
Thanks for watching
Hi Ken, so nice to see your daughter Lauren on camera this time, you are truly blessed. Live long and prosper buddy! 🖖
