Question: doesn't the heatsink in the reverse lights gets immensely hot? I noticed that when you fitted the bulb it stayed in contact with plastic, or at least seems that way.
It gets warm, It doesn't get hot enough to harm plastic though. We've never had trouble with them! -Chris W
I have a 2018 Chevy Malibu without LED taillights and my brake/turn signal/parking light is a single filiment 7440. I put a cheap canbus 7443 in my rear brake/park/turn signal and I had a parasitic draw. Will your GTR lighting carbide canbus bulbs cause a parasitic draw on my Malibu?
Not at all!
You should have left 1 light OEM & the other with the LED upgrades. That would have given a better comparison

Do these throw a code or cause signal problems? Ive had issues in the past with other trucks due to the change in electrical load.

What color wire is the BackUp Lights? I cant find the diagram online. 2020 Jeep Gladiator

Is THE CARBIDE SERIES LED break light red or white
Joe, you will want a red brake like bulb if you are using the bulb as a brake light (www.headlightrevolution.com/2019-jeep-gladiator-jt-led-rear-turn-signal-upgrade-kit_2?quantity=1). Otherwise, a white light for your reverse light would be best.
What chipset are the leds on the reverse lights?
I'm not too sure, That might be a better question for GTR Lighting. I do know they are brighter than anything else I've had in the shop for testing. We install them in everything we can! -Chris W
