A song like "Everybody wants to rule the world" by the musical group "Tears for Fears" must sound very bad on the Boombox 3, 99.99% of the songs must sound better on the Ult Field 7, 0.01% remaining that are very deep bass test should stand out in the JBL. Greetings
I have both bb3 wifi & ult7. Both are great speaker. Here my suggestion as how i prefer to play it. Pair bb3 wifi with dirac + dolby atmos supported phone (ip13/xiaomi) to get richer soundings. As for ult 7 im pairing it with dirac phone (realme gt) to get more groovy. Then u decide which one suit yours
Sony all the way! In jbl the instruments got loose and only can hear the voices... but the sony stands all together and well balanced, all the way Sony!
You have a wonderful and sensitive ear, congratulations. Those who do not understand balanced and natural presentation, or rather cannot hear it, prefer JBL, exaggerated upper frequencies, a narrow and closed stage.

If the Sony XG300 has 16 watts RMS and we know that the alternating power consumption of the Ult Field 7 is 45 Watts, then what is the true power of the Sony Ult Field 7? Between 35 and 40 Watts RMS. The Sony has better sound engineering.
Marshall Tufton sounds better than all of these;) of these two, but I prefer the ULT7. I like sound more. The Boombox 3 Wi-Fi is exaggerated both in the bass and in the highs and overall I don't really like the sound, I would say it's just noisy and of little musical quality (personal opinion) .
My personal opinion is that Boombox 3 is stronger in everything (high, low and medium) but the overall quality I don't like very much, I prefer Ult7 for the overall audio quality (cost even less).. JBL and only strong in my opinion.
@@passionespeaker I personally can't stand the og boombox 3, it has that old "jbl signature sound" that I don't like. this wifi model and the new party boxes sound more "hi-fi" to my ears. but everyone has their own taste
@@passionespeaker I like the jbl bb3 wifi sound mainly becose of that subwoofer becose I'm basshead but also I can enjoy the clarity that the jbl bb3 wifi have. Also on sony the highs on higher volume are little wierd.

Yes you are right because the jbl bb3 wifi version has 200 watts unlike the regular one which has 180 watts. The wifi version have 1x 80W RMS-subwoofer + 2x 40W RMS-midrange +2x 20W RMS-tweeter and to top it all off, it has 3D dolby atmos which gives that better spatial sound. Have a good day :)
Among the two I prefer the sound of Sony (for quality) JBL and louder in everything (bass, high and medium) but in my opinion it has less audio quality, the best remains Marshall Tufton.

Boombox has light years more deep bass and way better treble, mids sound better on the sony on this comparasion

Sony is harsh, not sure how it can be better sounding with those ugly mids and no upper treble at all
