No shade to Alan but I don't think he could make Batman look convincingly intelligent enough. He obviously has the physicality for the role, but Batman is also known to be the world's greatest detective and one of the most intelligent and calculating people in the DC universe. Alan seems to fit the meathead archetype better. I could see him as Bane

I think he would be an ok Batman, but not a good Bruce Wayne, I think he could play the Ultimates version of Captain America in Avengers secret wars. If you don’t believe me look it up and compare the two.
