Our 10-year-old runner competing in the Christchurch McDonalds Youth Duathlon 2023 🏃🚴‍♂️🏃

Entering Jacob's 2nd season of cross-country, he had a go at his 3rd duathlon, 1km run followed by a 4km bike leg and finally a 500m run.
Lots of fun had by all and for Jacob a really good win for his age group.
