GRIP IT AND RIP IT! Super solid race man. Had a blast this weekend hanging and racing with you.

honestly think that was probably the best thing for you to do...now you know where the limit is and what needs to be adjusted to push further! Also, glad you posted this bc Ironman gave no hype to such a cool race, really wish they did more for non-Pro Series events.

Come on mate, don't say you choked. You raced hard and left it all on the course. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for this video Justin. It's insane how many watts you can push on the bike. You are definitely up there with the big boys. I used to be a masters swimmer and we never did 20K/week. How many days do you swim? So glad to have you here in Vegas. See you in New Zealand!

Crazy to think my peak bike/run volume is your average goal for a block... and zero chance I could swim 20K. You'll be on a lot of podiums if you keep this momentum going.

Nice work in Michigan! Your bike is amazing but your swim is in someways is more amazing. You basically swim with olympians. Most of us know what it takes to get faster on the bike and run….but swimming is a mystery to me at least. Please post a video about how you developed a world class swim. Of 20000 yards … how much is hard work versus aerobic etc… also what are your key sessions…. Good luck at worlds

Thanks Jason, appreciate that. This would be a fun focused training video. We'll add it to the list. In the meantime check out the two-part "20 hour training week videos." They show a bit of the detail behind the swim training.
