The Sketchbook Of A Fragmented Mind

This is and old sketchbook that was pivotal in helping me deal with my mental fractures and well being and I also believe that had I not finished this book, I would have given up on drawing entirely. I fell in love with drawing again while filling this book. I freed my self and just started drawing without restrictions. The drawings aren't great but the roughness is what I love about them I learned to accept my mistakes and I always go back to this book to remind myself to stop trying to make perfect drawings all the time.
