The title of the book Citlali was reading is "Bara Yori ". Underneath the title in blue text, I think it also says "Fuse". I'd assume that's a reference to the song by Akira Fuse, "Kimi wa Bara yori Utsukushī". Or "You're More Beautiful Than a Rose". Bara means rose. I believe Yori is generally used for comparisons. So the title is basically "More than Roses", I guess?
