I have been experimenting with epoxy and plastic, as an alternative to using release spray. And you have confirmed that yes we can use plastic and the epoxy will just pop right out. Great build, great video and awesome narration.
Thank you and that's awesome. I was super surprised it popped out so easily without any kind of spray. This is the garbage bag I used btw. amzn.to/3vlv0Tp
Nicely done! I haven't experimented with epoxy yet and don't have a CNC, however I can truly see how this type of build could be super satisfying to do!
Wow, that clock is clocking clock (freaking amazing) You really deserves more subscribers! So you just got my subscription👍 Awesome and creative work 👍
I could totally make that, except for the metal working, wood working, and epoxy parts. 😆 Awesome project! That came out great. I love the video too. Nice work! 👍🏼
Heck yea. It does the job. The biggest adjustment for me was ripping pieces of wood with the sliding table sticking out right where I normally would stand. Grizzly is the manufacturer. The 10" 5 HP Sliding Table Saw.
@buildingwithbobby right on. I used a Hammer K3 Winner. I'll never go back to a traditional cabinet saw. I run into the same ripping issue because of the location of my outrigger fence. Anywhoo, cool clock and a solid vid
Just found your channel looks amazing. Could do that without the metal parts although dont expect ad get much more than $100 in my area people dont wanna pay for anything in my area. 🏴👍
@@buildingwithbobby yea a sure can't get prices like use get across the pond. Cutting boards for example use will get anywhere from $150+ to who knows what I struggle to get a full size 12x18 cutting board at 2" thick to sell for $100 🤬
That came out really nice. The reveal of the ring above the clock face was appropriate.
Thank you!
That clock looks amazing. Metal and wood just look great together.
Thank you and I agree 💯!
Lol love the intro, and great video. The clock came out fantastic.
Thank you! I do want to experiment with different kinds of epoxy colors moving forward though 😏

Thank you and both are a lot of fun!
Nice work! Came out looking great. Wouldn't have guessed it was stained from the thumbnail
Thank you and yea I’m pretty stocked with how the stain came out over all!

You can do it! and thank you for the kind feedback as always 🙌🙌🙏🙏

@@vulgarwoodworks Thanks Jered 🙌
Great build as usual! What epoxy did you use? I want to try using it when it gets warmer 😂.
Thank you and hers a link to it! amzn.to/4b1YZQN
Well, this channel’s gonna blow the fck up.
That's high praise 🙌🙏

😂 it helps when people see the value in what you build and have the cash to pay for it, for sure. Thanks for checking out the video!

It seems so obvious to me, I can't believe more people don't use plastic sheeting for epoxy moulds.
Plastic sheets & trash bags for the win!
Hey Bobby great build. Can I ask how much you sold it for?
@@PennYankeeWoodworks Thank you and I sold the clock for $600. I'll start putting the price in these videos moving forward!
@@buildingwithbobby how many hours of labor and how much did you spend in parts/product/wood?
@@PennYankeeWoodworks 6 hours and everything I had was scrap and/or material I had from previous builds. Bought the clock hands for a couple bucks.
