    There’s so many things you can do with remote control API and python. I’ve usually spun up my own rest api servers to support cross interoperability between all the programs albeit rest api or rpc.

    why in my pipeline- export just have "Push asset" and "settings dialog", is it push asset same with send to unreal?

      @@softwiderinteractiveentert5038 Yes, the add-on only works in 3.6, and push asseet is same with send to unreal, now I'm waiting epicgame to update they add-on to 4.1.

    Hey i have a question ! Even when i use camera resolution to 1920*1080 the final render of mine doesn’t look good and you can see some pixelations, why is that ? What am i doing wrong idk but every render of mine just doesn’t look like a full hd qualify, please help me i need to know how to render image at good quality like yours 😞 Also thanks to you for teaching me so much about blender, i love all your videos ❤️

      if you can't get pixel perfect result in blender then go to the pixel filter option in the render properties. You can change the pixel size, the lower the number the sharper the image, the higher the number the more smooth. It's probably set to 1.5px and the blackmann Harrison filter type. You can reduce it or you can try Gaussian filter type. Pixel filter is used to get rid of anti-aliasing in your renders. Play around with the number and see what you like. 0.8-1 does well i think. The image looks sharp in that. And it could also be from your render samples, i think you need enough samples for high quality images

      Dont do it with render legacy, but the other render...add antialiasing...it will be smooth...

    How about the collision in unreal? Do we have to create custom collision ?

      When using this add on, your model will go over with a standard box collision, you can edit the collision within UE5.

      You sshould upgrade...mine say (Push assets) instead of send to unreal...but it work

    Thanks for good video! Also i have a question, is this also transform blender material nodes to unreal material nodes like bump, voronoi, noise and musgrave?

      As far as I know this setup only pulls over textures which include base colours, normals, roughness etc, blender specific nodes like musgrave and other blender nodes do not pass over

    If you still need the object to be centered in the world after all these years, this method is still useless I believe, as exporting with USD is way simpler, as it preserves the pivot of all meshes. As everyone has its assets on a grid, instead of just 1 single asset at the center of the world in your blend file. Also, everyone should be using Usynch and just do the whole 3d scenes in blender instead of Unreal, way faster I think, as building 3d scenes is way slower in Unreal compared to blender.

      Haven't even looked this up yet but I'm stoked. Thanks for the info. Fully agree on set dressing in Blender vs UE... Now, question if you're willing or know the answer... Complex rigged asset exports to Unreal. I see tons and tons of stuff on cars and characters but nothing about aircraft or mechs with a complex set of moving parts using empties or something like that. Any resources you know of for tackling this one?

      @@cgooch_ about my comment above, in UE in fbx import settings (and in this send2UE addon) you actually can keep the object's pivot, it just has a very strange name and always off by default.

      Thank you! I may defer to that. I’m currently experimenting with the USD export option on a monster of an asset but if that falls through I’ll try the above. Given UE a second chance so… thank you greatly ;)
