My introduction to KPop was thru Big Bang, and my bias was Taeyang. He is an amazing vocalist, multi talented artist and a perfectionist. I love he collaborated with our multi talented and perfectionist Jimin.

I've been watching a bunch of reactions and I'm surprised how many people never heard of taeyang or bigbang. I thought everyone would know at least a couple of songs. They're so influential and shaped kpop so much even BTS are VIP's. I assumed the army knew about them.

Most listeners of BTS well most army’s aren’t kpop fans and a lot of persons don’t get it or don’t want to accept that we only listen to BTS. I don’t know anything about kpop and I’m not interested honestly I’m just here for BTS and anything they put out I’ll listen to .
Probably because BTS never mentioned Bigbang since 2013. Most Kpop fans and ARMYs are like into Kpop scene since 2019-20. Maybe that's why. Bigbang never made a grand comeback going all out since 2016.

Taeyang is a member of the earlier kpop group bigbang he is a singer dancer and also a producer. They are hailed as the best kpop group in their time. And jimin is said a fan of taeyang even before he joined bts, taeyang started his career way back 2006.

Bigbang members stand out for their stage presence, and live they are crazy both in a group and alone. Their voices/vocals blended well together. Taeyung is a good singer. (Never heard of Taeyung until Jimin mentioned him.) He has his own fans, but this opened the eyes of Jimin’s fans. Believe Taeyung’s solo and comeback is going to awesome and had a successful start with Jimin. The song was really good. You can’t tell that Taeyung is much older than Jimin, he is really aging beautifully. Both of them look handsome. Jimin rap-singing was really good…hello Tony Montana. For those who don't know second generation K-pop, Taeyang is from revolutionary group Bigbang who was given the tag of king of Kpop back in late 2000s and early 2010s and Jimin grew up idolizing Taeyang as he was one of the greatest vocal soloist back then even as a band member and main dancer of Big bang. Also Jungkook is a huge fan of G dragon, the most popular second generation Kpop artist and leader of Bigbang. It would crash the internet if G dragon and JK collab like Taeyang and Jimin did.

Taeyang is a good singer and dancer. The difference between him and Jimin for me is that Jimin just seems more present in his performance. It comes through his voice, his body, his face, his moves.
