I questioned about this condo yesterday and received an email from you. I tried to respond to that email but it wouldn’t go through. My question was whether or not a small shih tzu is accepted with a renter? We are retired, our shih tzu is part of our family. You said it would have it be permitted by the HOA. Is there a way you could find out? Dolly is a 7 year old shih tzu, we rescued her from an Amish puppy mill a year and a half ago. She is the best little dog we’ve ever had and she goes everywhere with us. I would never board her, I’d be afraid she’d think she’s going back to her former life. If you could find this out, we would be very serious about renting the unit.

@@barbararoth4256 im sure it would not be an issue - the owner is open to pets with a pet deposit. After an executed lease agreement is signed (by the renter and owner) You would then have to submit an application with the association with the pet information, background information, and an application fee of $100 per couple.
