I am a paper list person. The physical act of checking an item off is so intoxicating that I will add things I've already done in the day so I can check them off. 🤓 I make a daily list when it's a motivated day, and I make a weekly list when it's a busy week. I find lists to be EXTREMELY helpful and motivating for my ever-frazzled brain!
I'm so happy to see your beautiful new kitchen - and the patio furniture to enjoy resting. The chickens look happy and well fed - and their appearance has sure changed as they get older - they are so sweet. I just want to say how very organized you are with lists - they really do help us stay calm in midst of taking care of our busy lives. I enjoyed doing that when I had my computer and lived in Mountain View, California - I miss this part of my former life. I am really enjoying this video - thank you for sharing about your beautiful family life. No matter the clutter clearing - the busyness of children in the house - the cat meowing - or anything unfinished that needs doing - Life Is Good Ali - you have a good life - you have a beautiful home - and you take care of each other - and you have your Mom close by. You are very blessed and you are making these videos to remember that. Sending much love and kindness to all of you. With love, Lori
Journal list maker here - use a planner which divides into monthly then weekly overviews. Love a list. Sometimes I even add stuff retrospectively!! I'm very much a physical book/list person, so couldn't use the tech stuff but interesting to see. Also, as always, so "pleased" when you're real and add in stuff about not feeling your best. I haven't commented in ages but wanted to say thanks for that as we all have those times.
When I need to accomplish several things in one or two days, I make a list with pen and paper. Lining through each item as it completed brings a sense of accomplishment to me. As a retiree, it is too easy to put things off.😂 My favorite wall colors are muted blues and greens. Nothing bright or flashy. Our living room and dining area are in a soft gray/blue called "morning fog". I love it! Our kitchen color is "softened green". It's a huge decision to choose a color you will live with for years because moving furniture in order to paint is such a huge hassle!!!
Hi! Thank you for sharing these vlogs. I get such great value out of each vlog. I admire your honesty. I pray you get to finish your kitchen renovation. It’s so great you are taking your time to rest while renovating. 💜🌸 great idea on making a list, going to try that as well.
You’re very organised Ali! I love a book with a map too. When I was little I loved reading the Milly, Molly, Mandy books but I loved the maps in the books even more. You’ve now encouraged me to try to track one down on eBay. 😊
I love paper and pens. I have numerous notebooks going. But my calendar has space for my weekly “to do’s” We struggled with paint colors. we had sooo many samples and patches on the walls like you have. We were doing the whole house, so we went with a light grey and pale greens. But we did do a surprising lime green in our dining room, and a bit of wall space in the kitchen. I love a splash of bright color. It makes me happy.
I’d recommend pink ground by farrow and ball, it’s pink enough, but not too pink. I’ve used it in my hall way and landing and loved it, and also in my daughters room and I’ve just never found a nicer pink!! The green is also super lovely, but I think I’m team pink 😜😜😜
No wonder you feel overwhelmed with recently revamping your kitchen and a whole house declutter! Good luck with a boot sale! We did one when we moved house and really didn’t enjoy the selling side! Blood out of a stone is the phrase that comes to mind when trying to sell stuff! Hope you fare better! When you’re retired you don’t have to plan so much as when your working which is a definite upside! Take care xx
I thought the greens on wall looked great and psychologically green is a very calming colour. I use Notes on my phone to make lists and clock to set reminders.
Hi Ali. I’m a paper planner girl. I have an A4 month-to-a-page planner and a smaller diary that has a day-to-a-page that I have my to-do list. I also have separate to-do lists for my studies and for a spiritual circle I hold every fortnight. I gave up on the electronic planners and to-do lists. I’m a traditionalists when it comes to planning. As for the wall paint. Green is my favourite colour and its very calming and classic. I love the pinks and peaches but I feel that they date quickly (I currently live in a house with a very dated peachy pink bathroom 😊) But at the end of the day it’s your house and you should pick what makes you feel good. 😊
Awesome. I'm an avid list maker too. My stage of life is currently in the baby years with a toddler and a 3 month old so I find a white board on the fridge handy - then anything i dont manage to get done was clearly too much and I do it the next day. Oh and as to the paint - perhaps you should make 'bigger swatches'? Any time I can't decide on the look of a project in crochet I make a bigger swatch...
I do like the peachy pink one - looks lovely for a kitchen area. I have a calendar diary that I keep my lists for my to-dos as well has appointments, etc. I do like physical lists- lots of them - but also use the calendar app on my iphone.
Hi Ali. Yep, Im the Queen of Lists too. Love lists. Re COLOURS for the walls. This is my go at it, even though its your walls 😁. I LOVE the grey/pink colour sq on my left looking at the tv..5 inches from your head /\ .This colour goes with everything, is a classic type of arty colour that makes all paintings, frames and stuff look fab Buy a couple of gallons and a spray painter thingy and ...
Hello Allie! From one list maker to another, and as someone who was around for the pink fad in the late 80’s/90’s (who installed all the pink carpets 🙋🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️)I learned an important designing lesson …. Decorate all the big ticket/“permanent” items with a classic look, and punch things up with the fad colours….so unless you actually enjoy painting your walls, my advice is to go with your more neutral and colours you know you love ( your greens)on your walls and use the pink in wall hangings and decorative items….but saying that, your colours are all lovely 💚💖. Can’t wait to see what you choose!!!
Hello Ali, I too love a list, alternate between paper notebook and iPad but couldn’t organise my life without!! Your kitchen refit has been a tonic for me as we are going through the same ourselves and it so good to see someone else in such an upheaval as me (sorry). I thought it would only be a mess downstairs, how wrong I was. Light at the end of the tunnel but we’re not quite there yet. Thank you for your posts, take care x
I do all the painting in my house and my opinion is that you will get very tired if pink or green walls very quickly. Paint in neutral colours and use pictures and cushions etc to put the pop of colour in. I love paper lists love ticking them off. I was a school secretary for years and I loved loved my to do lists (especially when they were done)
I find lists very motivating I’m not into the on screen versions but use a notebook and it’s fun looking back on as well. I would definitely go for the green paint I love pink as well but maybe you could have some pink highlights in your accessories…pink and green is a lovely combination
I use a phone app of lists for my grocery list so it is always with me. However for life lists and habit trackers, I use a bullet journal. It lets me combine doodling, lists and journalling when I feel like it. I also have my yarn log and stash list. Lastly one section for recipes and snother for Bible study notes. One book lasts about 2years so its fun to compare to last year as well. Love your pod cast! Good luck on your sweater. I m doing christmas in july socks. Enjoy!
Love my paper to-do list that I’ve used for motivation my whole adult life and as I age it’s also important so I don’t forget anything. I would recommend painting the walls in a somewhat neutral that you know you love and then the add fun trendy colors with less permanent decor. So happy for you to have the kitchen remodeled!! Hugs!!
I remember having a room in a pale pink and it absorbed all the lighting. The electric lights looked like the room blushed. Consider your light particularly in your working areas. Don’t want it to make you feel gloomy, especially in the winter. Sorry to be a Debbie downer 🙁🫣. Your really reaching the tail end of the Reno now and I think you’ve all coped very well. Hang in there. 🐨🦘👋🏻
🎨 the white background for lightness is perfect, but the lavenders and yellows sample patches are still required ...possibly the blues near the door to warm them up, ...if i were there i would wave enthusiastically at potential placement points, whilst cheerily acknowledging that a "samples mural " might not fit the brief ! lots of arty love from a southern hemispherian enjoying a warm durban winter :)
Message from Sharon, lists are great for my menopausal brain.! I think the green shades are more suitable for a kitchen than pink. Just my opinion! I have Magpie Blue in mine, and I love it. Happy choosing.
I’m a pen and paper person which I put down to my days as a civil servant in the 1970s. Also, right from childhood I loved pens, pencils and notebooks. Over the years I’ve found my computer vital for my family history research but pen and paper is my go to otherwise.
Just finished working off my daily paper list whilst working all day, then popped over to your episode, so definitely can relate 😅. Paper all the way for me though. Feeling inspired to add reading to my personal to-do list - good idea! Happy kitchen reno'ing and knitting Xmas jumper! Xo
Oh - also ….. when I painted my kitchen I had bought the green just like you have chosen. Then when I saw it on the wall I changed to a brighter colour. The painter nearly painted me when I changed my mind 😅
I like a paper weekly planner, the one I have at the moment is broken into 4 sections. 2 are dedicated to “Adulting” 1 to meal planning and the last is my creative slot. I prefer one with an extra notes section if I am honest and my new one awaiting in the cupboard has one, so I know for future planning I like having an extra slot, as sometimes you have weekly goals but I find I just need somewhere to go to get stuff out of my brain as we can’t remember every load of washing that needs doing.
I make lists in a notebook but don’t keep them in there - just tear them out. Bizarre method 😂 anyhoo - your declutter is inspiring for me. Love that you’re enjoying more cross stitch since that’s my passion.
Definitely a paper list. Each day I write what needs to be done, in my ‘list’ notebook then just get crossed off when completed. Very satisfying and helps to keep my muddled brain clear!! Don’t go for that brighter pink, greeny grey looks better. Moods are greatly affected by the moon, by the way so check your Almanac!! X
Definitely team green for the wall colour😊 as for life order, we have a diary that sits in a central place it is known as the brain, and if it's not in there it doesn't happen, to do lists are there to so everyone can see what is to be done and when, keeps family of 6 in organized chaos 😂😂😂😂
Try a darker autumnal color like rusty orange. Orange and grey look good together. You like autumn so use those colors for inspiration. Personally I like white walls to show off my artwork. Nothing wrong with that. Or use a piece of art you want to put in kitchen and take inspiration from that. All the colors on your wall are light and airy, but you don't like too much light so try going the other direction. Good luck! I use paper lists. Hugs, Valerie
Hello! Thank you for the vlog. You are accomplishing so much! As for your kitchen colors, I like them all. When we repainted recently, we liked a color ( similar to your favorite green ) but weren't a 100% in love. Our painter suggested we do half the color and mix the other half with white. It was perfect. Hope that helps.
Thank you Lisa! This does help, thank you! I have done a very small strip of the green above the cupboards and love it, so soon I will do some on the big wall too 💚xx
Another great vlog Ali. Finding a system that works for you is brilliant. It’s very satisfying to tick chores off isn’t it? Looks like you’re making great progress with the decluttering and getting the house straight after all the work you’ve had done x
Ali…..this decluttering vlog couldn’t come at a better time . My husband and I have decided it’s time for us to move into a Senior Living apt which means major downsizing. I don’t have your energy but am trying to do it like you’d eat an elephant… one bite at a time😂…any one of the kitchen colors will work. Can’t wait to see what you choose.
Congrats on the decision Priscilla! My mum downsized a few years ago and she was pretty ruthless with it all which worked well, we made a lot of charity shop runs for her! Hope it all goes well - like you say, one bite at a time :) x
Wait, when do we get the official new kitchen tour? Doesn't matter to me if it isn't painted yet. I want to see the handles and knobs in place, and the floor and everything in its wonderful new spot. My kitchen is fine so I'm enjoying a project vicariously through you. I make lots of lists on paper before we go camping or on a trip. They usually have to do with things to take from home or what I need to shop for.
Back from a road trip and catching up. Many lists to be made here! 🥴 I once had a friend/interior designer tell me that any colour choice with a grey undertone will last. Watching a house that we used to own that we used that advice on sell two more times and they never changed the paint choices made me so appreciate her advice and I continue to follow it. We are in Canada and although I too like yellow and gravitate to autumnal colours her advice of grey rather than yellows in household wall paints definitely last longer for comfort. I have chose greens, browns and whites with grey undertones and they have all been appealing for years.
Love the idea of the pink. IN CASE you did not know (I learned this while painting my interiors) paint stores (at least here in the U.S.) can "cut" your colors. The idea is if you like a color, but perhaps you want it just a bit less intensity .... the store can cut it by whatever percentage you ask. The color I did for most of my main interiors was cut down by 50% of the color and I LOVE IT. Mine happened to be a Benjamin Moore paint (color: Rich Cream) and the store halved the pigment and it is pretty perfect for me.
This is a revelation! I am going to find out if this is a thing here too, so many times I have loved a colour but felt it was just a little too strong. Thanks Julie! x
@@ThisLittleWonderfulLife Oh good! Happy to be helpful. I hope (& can't imagine why not) that it is available to you all in the U.K.too. And, yes, it was a REVELATION for me TOO! It opened up so many possibilities and my painting turned out brilliantly (if I do say so myself).
I do hope you have found your way up out of the summer doldrums. It is so real and so difficult to surmount! I use Excel for my To Do list (multi tab keeping track of everything from housework to crafting goals). I used to use a bullet journal but I live in such a small space that I really cannot have a book standing open and if I put it away --- well "out of mind"! I prefer the light sage-y green paint -- it will be fun to see what you choose!
Hi Ali. Thanks for the podcast. I think the green is very calming. Sorry you felt a bit down last week and hope you are feeling better. Decluttering is such a long, slow process but the more you do it the better you feel. And then it's time to start all over again!! x
I do a job when it comes into my mind 😳 never been a list person but I don’t have to consider a growing family now so yes if I think it I do it ( well sometimes ) I used to do more housework when working full time , teaching Keep Fit 4 times a week & looking after my granddaughter at weekends now retired I am far more relaxed about it all. I like the colour on the left side of the screen we see hard to see real colours. I have the whole house painted Timeless ( Dulux) vinyl matt & colours are accent colours because a must for me is LIGHT See you next time 🥰
Great checking off a List! So nice to watch,,, Like a list by hand,,,and try to get a few things done everyday,,, Love the greens ,,that look like blues,,,in some lights,, Elaine 😍🍓🍓🏠 We actually have a red kitchen living room,,been that color for awhile now,,,may change it sometime,,,,still like it,,,💖💖 Thsnks Ali,,
I think you started a thing. Diamond Art Club, one of the bigger diamond painting companies, is releasing some new kits on July 19 that are Strawberry Shortcake themed. Ali you are such a trendsetter. 😊
Loved this video! ❤ I have a page a day diary that I use to note appointments & as a to do list. I’ve been doing it for years & although I use my phone for everything else I can’t imagine putting my to do list on it 🙈
Hi Ali, i'm from Germany and really enjoy watching your videos. You are such a lovely family. And you made me curious about Kent and so we spend our holiday in Kent at the end of June this year. It was so beautyful. We saw Rochester, Leeds Castle, Hever Castle , Canterbury, Dover, Whitstable, London and much more. There was so much to discover and we only met nice people. And thank you for all the work you put into the videos. Greetings from Germany Michaela
Well, this is AMAZING to hear! This makes me so happy and I love to hear you enjoyed our county! Sounds like you visited all of my favourite places! Leeds Castle and Hever are so beautiful. As a family we want to visit Germany! We have never been (well, I went as a very young child but only for 2 days!) so any recommendations for good areas to visit? 🤗xx
Germany has many beautyful areas depending on whether you prefer to See mountains or the sea. The Berchtesgadener Land in Bavaria is great when you want mountains, but Saxon Switzerland is also nice. The coasts at the baltic sea and north sea are also very nice. Lake Constance ist also great If you ever want to come to germany, you can contact me again if you want.I live myself near Frankfurt. I hope you understand my english😅 Google Translator help me sometimes😊 I whish you a good Start into the new week!
Your green choices look like a serene garden. When I have a lot to do I resort to lists that I can organize into large projects and small. I do some small ones so I can strike them off the list quickly then tackle a big one. It all makes me think I’m getting more done than in reality 😂
My husband is a paper list person and loves ticking off what needs to be done. I keep it all in my head - I wonder round the house and think right this or that needs doing today or tomorrow - but now I am retired there is a rule. Jobs only to be done in the morning and lovely crafty knitting things in the afternoon. Including going out for a super walk. At the weekend no household jobs allowed because then the weekend would seem like a week day and that’s no good at all. It’s so difficult picking colours for walls. We moved here before Christmas and most rooms are cream. Our living room is pink though ! Good luck in deciding. ❤
OK. I told you not to choose pink paint, but now that I've seen the samples, I like the darkest pink. You had green last time. The two lighter pinks barely show up on screen. I think you said the dark pink had stone in its name. If anyone questions your choice, you can say it's stone, like in some granites. I am a list person. When I was teaching, I made a weekly to do list and a daily to do list. Now that I'm retired, I make lists on busy days and definitely shopping lists. Good luck getting all your list tasks completed.
Have you gotten your new kitchen floor put down yet? Did I miss it?? We're having ours done as we speak & I know how hard it is to decide these things. Good luck on your wall colors, I have difficulty with choosing too.
Hi Allie. I’ve been trying Notion since you mentioned it. I am trying to set up a to do list like yours and have to admit I’m struggling to figure it out. Do you have any resources you can suggest to find out how to set things up?? Thank you so much for your vlogs - they really are a highlight in my week 😊
I make daily lists in my Filofax ……always unrealistic 😂 If there were 36 hours in a day I might do better! I’m currently sitting in the living room surrounded by almost everything from the kitchen as the new kitchen work starts tomorrow 😅
Hi Ali, so good to see you. 😊 As I commented on your lest Vlog (not sure if you saw it?) I am also in the same boat with sorting and decluttering. Started in the Kitchen/breakfast, both areas quite small, but sooooooo much STUFF! I thought in the end, if you are going to do a job, do it properly, so have gone through every cupboard and draw, it’s taken me a few weeks 😮 lined all the shelf’s etc. You have such a busy life, family and 4 jobs 😮 I felt and had tacked a mammoth job which I had been putting off, but, the down feeling comes when I allow the bullying voice say to me, “well that’s all well and good but look at all you haven’t done!!! And then I feel down and overwhelmed and the feeling of accomplishment seeps away. So then I have to have a good talk with myself and remind myself of my achievement. I do hope you are coming out the other side😊 Surely Mia’s conversation helped 😁love spending time with you, Big Hugs 🤗 see you in the little drops. Love, Suze. Xxx🥰
Omg Ali, your clutter is giving me second hand anxiety😅 ps tip on choosing colours for Walls. Get your fav wall decor item, choose a tone and get the paint shop to copy it. It needs to be about 1 cm square area. Guaranteed colour match to fav decor item xxx
A lovely vlog, thanks Ali. I used to be a list person but for some reason that fell by the wayside, am feeling the need to get back to it. Was encouraging to see what you do, I might give Notion a go. If I don't have some semblance to my day I tend to float around aimlessly. There is a good deal of satisfaction when you tick that box after accomplishing a task☑. Thanks for sharing, and I hope you feel a little brighter in the week ahead, go gently with yourself.🌼🌼
Hi Ali, Is it me or does it feel like ages since you last posted? Anyway its always a pleasure catching up with my favourite family. I'm an old fashioned girl and just use pen and paper. My advise is just tackle 1 job at a time. Dont look at the whole list in one go as it'll be a big job. Just do what you can when you can. It'll be your summer holidays soon so you can get time to relax then with the family. Have a productive week but also a chilled one if pos. x
Re paint colors- to be honest seeing you like yellow I was surprised you never picked out paint samples for that color. A nice soft yellow, enough yellow so it doesn't look like cream but not too much yellow that's screams I AM YELLOW! 😂 AS for getting my things done I like paper and pens. I need to write it out and cross it off with physical things. I am not a device lover etc. Perhaps because I was born in the early 50's.😉
Not that you asked for my opinion but it's free so do with it what you will. I like the green paint you pointed out. Have you considered a yellow for the walls? It would go very well I think.
Have you considered making needle minders to sell in your shop? I'm not much for pins but would love a needle minder! hint hint! lol Did you pick a colour for the kitchen walls yet? I think you should go with one of the calm 'spa' like greens to extend your garden into the kitchen!
Thank you Cecile! I would absolutely love to do needle minders, I am trying to work out how to do it :) Thanks for the hint 😆 I will do some more research! xx
@@ThisLittleWonderfulLife I think you need to use what are known as earth magnets. They are very strong and more expensive than other magnets but I’ve read that the cheaper ones can leave marks on your fabric which is definitely not what you want 😊
I am paper and Pencil. Calendar and sticky notes. I can’t go digital. My brain can’t take it😁 well, green Can go with any and all decor. Something to consider if you haven’t already
@@ThisLittleWonderfulLife Yes! Decorating is a long thought process for me also. But a gal has to be very SURE about paint color! Especially on her kitchen walls!! Think it through🫤
Ali, I use the notes app on my phone as it’s always with me. As for your paint dilemma, the room is wonderfully bright now but grey days are coming. How will the colors you’ve chosen play in that type of lighting?
I feel like the odd one out, I don't make lists, I just know what has to be done so just do it 😂 I kept thinking that I knew that authors name, Alice Hoffman, so I went searching, I have her book Green Angel, a quick read of 116 pages. I must read it again as I have forgotten the story line but know I enjoyed it and I love the cover.
I'm suprised, you haven't contemplated yellow! We have a beautiful light yellow wall in our kitchen behind the sofa... Best wishes - love your vlogs! Juliane.
They're pricey for what they are BUT I have to admit I do love mine, we use it mainly in the shower to keep the doors dry, we have really hard water here so it helps with limescale etc 😘
I never make lists I hate it ;) when I was a child I spent many years in a rehabilitation center because of my disability and almost literally everything was done through daily lists and reports and even now home care still has to work with lists to fill in for the insurance and health care agencies It affects my privacy, at least that's how I experience it. what is an office manager's business what I discuss and do with my housekeeper? So when I see people with to do lists I get the creeps😜, Nothing against those people it's my "trauma" but ever since I got out of that rehab center and started living on my own I vowed never to keep a list of anything again not even a shopping list ;) at most I write an appointment that I really shouldn't forget on a scrap of paper and hang it somewhere out of sight for others. that's why I live from day to day and from moment to moment, it gives me a sense of control and freedom. by theway, my favor colors are the greens and yellows. i'm not a pink person
Hello Mia! (or is it "meowow"? Her face looks rather thin in this vlog, hope she's doing ok.) Bravo on getting things done!! I used to be a paper list person, but I found that unless I had my list with me things would be forgotten, or the list itself might sometimes got buried under other things, and sometimes I would find multiple lists scattered about. I am now using a Google Doc for my to-do list as I can access it on my phone and it is easy to add things to at any time without needing to find my paper list (or make a new one).
So true! I often add a few quick wins just so I can tick them off! xx
😀💕xx I’ve always been a list person. For decades I’ve had a daily diary and wouldn’t get anything done without it!
@@ThisLittleWonderfulLife Me too!

I prefer to list things on paper and then enjoy ticking them off. I still like the pale green paint under the pink samples on the wall.
Your hair looks lovely, my 5 year old said "she's so pretty" 😊
Geez, Ali. You sure get a lot done in a day!
I love pink walls!
Enjoy!
Love this style of vlog!
I recently rediscovered Notion and am making my lists in there as well now!
Xo
Hi Ali my advice is to go with a neutral colour for the painting, then you can add colour with furnishings and these can easily be changed. 😊
Lovely to catch up with you all again. I love a paper list myself. I spend too much time on screens to want to add to it 😊
I have a ton of invisible zips, I'm going to do a practice insertion like you did before I have to insert one for real. Thankyou.
I make lists on post-it’s and then ignore them. 😂
I make lists in a notebook but don’t keep them in there - just tear them out. Bizarre method 😂 anyhoo - your declutter is inspiring for me. Love that you’re enjoying more cross stitch since that’s my passion.
I think yellow for your walls. One darker wall as a feature and paler for the rest.
The pale pink is pretty , I like the green to 😊
Definitely a paper list.
You made me feel motivated to clean out a closet so thank you!
Allie I’m in London for the week, for this American I am cold!!! Knit a summer Jumper for me
Definitely team green for the wall colour😊 as for life order, we have a diary that sits in a central place it is known as the brain, and if it's not in there it doesn't happen, to do lists are there to so everyone can see what is to be done and when, keeps family of 6 in organized chaos 😂😂😂😂
Great advice Valerie 🧡 I do love orange. We have decided on the green but I think orange, or even pink, accents will work well with it 🤗xx
I make lists on paper and love ticking things off. But have adult children and adult Grand children so lead a quiet life x
I think green enjoyed your podcast thank you x
Excited to see your Christmas jersey cast on.! Either of the pink paints or a mix of both.
Love the green!
Thanks!
Thank you so much Sandra ⭐️😘xx
I don't plan its a case if I see I do it. Green is my favourite colour .🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧
And then it's time to start all over again!! x
Love Alice Hoffman!!! She lives near me!!! Fantastic author. 💖💕 You deserve a million subscribers, Ali!!! Love your channel. ❤️🤗🥰
Thank you so much Kim 🥰 That's so cool that Alice Hoffman lives near you! xx
I have the whole house painted Timeless ( Dulux) vinyl matt & colours are accent colours because a must for me is LIGHT
See you next time 🥰
Great checking off a List!
So nice to watch,,,
Like a list by hand,,,and try to get a few things done everyday,,,
Love the greens ,,that look like blues,,,in some lights,,
Elaine 😍🍓🍓🏠
We actually have a red kitchen living room,,been that color for awhile now,,,may change it sometime,,,,still like it,,,💖💖
Thsnks Ali,,
I’ve also been doing a huge declutter and know exactly how you feel x
Good luck with it all Tanya! It's a real process isn't it? Keep going! xx
@@ThisLittleWonderfulLife Thanks Ali !
Ali..take your mollymakes to the car boot!!! I got £20 for mine!🌷🌷😁
Greetings from Germany
Michaela
Lake Constance ist also great
If you ever want to come to germany, you can contact me again if you want.I live myself near Frankfurt. I hope you understand my english😅
Google Translator help me sometimes😊
I whish you a good Start into the new week!
That was a busy day Ali! I tend to get up in the morning and just wing it 😂
😂 Oh my! My brain just shuddered a little reading that 😂
Your green choices look like a serene garden. When I have a lot to do I resort to lists that I can organize into large projects and small. I do some small ones so I can strike them off the list quickly then tackle a big one. It all makes me think I’m getting more done than in reality 😂
I love that method, such a good idea! I guess it's all about motivation and breaking things down - great way to do it! 📝xx
I am a list maker usually on paper. Do you have any videos on meal planning process? I so enjoy your both of your TH-cam vlogs!!
Go with the green!
I agree 💚:)
why have I never seen that window vacuum thing before?? I had to Google it.
Jobs in the morning and knitty things in the afternoon sounds like the perfect day to me! 🤗 xx
Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it 🤗 Thanks for watching Elaine xx
Have a productive week but also a chilled one if pos. x
❤
I'm not great with wall colors, either. We are still living with my horrible decision for a Kraft dinner-yellow color for our bedroom!
Kraft dinner yellow 😂
Hummm? I like the pale pink but I still like the green!
Now you sound like me 😅 I went for the green in the end BUT haven't actually painted the main wall with it yet - I am definitely a slow decorator 😅
Hi like you I don’t make a to do list but prefer to write a have done list.
I'm suprised, you haven't contemplated yellow! We have a beautiful light yellow wall in our kitchen behind the sofa... Best wishes - love your vlogs! Juliane.
I use paper and pencil as I have done all my married life. Personally I feel there is too much reliance on computers and apps. 🇬🇧
Ali, would you recommend the Karcher? Windows are my nemesis - I can never get them clean and streak free 😅
🙋🏻♀️My vote is for NOT Pink!!! 🫣
