    In today’s video I go over 3 of the most common mistakes I see made weekly in the gym. Sadly so many are working hard, they just lack the execution to pack pounds of muscle on their lower bodies.
    Watch this video, record your work sets and mirror this form. If you do that, good things will happen below the waist if you crank hard.

    Another great training video Cris!!
    As simple as the squat is, most don’t do it right.
    Exercise execution is no different than focusing on the scale vs the mirror for a show. Form, form and form over weight. Just like conditioning, conditioning over weight.
