if want frw, recommended silk of victor +1skills corrupted 2os is best
but you need drop some phys reduction
i think best chest is safety crafted armor
+1amazon skills / fhr / phys reduction with 3os corrupted or good corruption&2os
best dps bow is caster crafted bow
4~5 skills / 15lv lower res / ias / a lot of sockets
or 6os wizendraw
but i ice runeword is also awesome for mapping because holy freeze
that is really one of best defense option
arrow skill's range is quite short, so you need some defense layers

How do u Get the frw you have?
I am using act 1 with faith.
I am considering using act 3 with beast and exile, But wont i lose a lot of frw? And What charms are u using? :-)

if you want frw, you have some choices
1. use silk of victor armor, you get more dmg and frw but drop lots phys reduction
2. use bow/frw charms, but it's really rare
3. use harmony rw in swap weapon without arrows, but you lose cta
i use some bow/fhr chamrs and life
large is cold dmg with frw
if you want frw or more life, drop some fhr and use another options
but i think cold arrow's range is quite short, so i recommanded get defense layers like phys reduction or fhr

i think exile's increased defense&phys reduction is not necessary, but A3 merc's prayer is too good
life regen and life gain on hit makes you dont need to use portions when you got attacked by quill rats or some poisons(also you must have some poison res)
i think medusa shield is also good if have enough str

20pt in magic arrow, ice and cold arrow
and put 1pt in all passives except penetrate(elemental attacks dont need AR)
and make 20lv valk with skill bonus
2 valk is really helpful your defence
last skill points put piece, dodge and evade
high pierce is good, but cold arrow is short range so 70%+ is enough i think. but yes, 100% is perfect
dodge and evade is give you good defense and frw/fhr
i have 86fhr with charms and that skill
so,
cold arrow and synerges 20pt
20lv valk with skill bonus
and, take rest points as you like

have pros, also cons
Class set have lots of skills and all res in common
Mav set have 7skills / 15% cold dmg / cbf / 50frw
and you can add more cold dmg and pierce with facet.
you can get 12os(6os on bow, 3os on chest, helmet), so theoretical added facet's damage option is 60% cold damage and pierce
but mav bow is grand matron, (and i'm assuming a median value in most cases), you need 30% ias in equip except set items while you have 9 fanc beast.
i think Mav set is fully good if you have lots of os corrupt, have 2bow 30% quiver or have ias corrupt belt and have many cold facet
but yes, 'damage' is good but defense layer is not too good

yea, I think damage will be enough when reach 15k+, but defense layers are the more the better
that is mav sets cons in my opinion
