  • This week's colours for the Color Throwdown #cardchallenge were pink, green & purple.
I thought I would try a positive/negative kind of layout for 2 cards using the Penny Black Hugs Edger die over two Spellbinders BetterPress plates. Embossing folders used were SSS Spun Glass and Spellbinders Fresh Picked Columns over an AALL & Create Lotza Diamondz stencil. Inside stamps were Penny Black Thinking of You and Sympathy sentiments. This Calls for Confetti Prism, Picket Fence Neutral Hearts, half pearl embellishments; Simon Hurley Solar Paste, Kuretake Gem Colors, Ranger distress oxides, embossing glazes, mica sprays and transparent gloss texture paste rounded out the other supplies.

Thanks Kelly! I am happier with the white one. I need to fix the balance composition of the black one, lol.

The one with the white background is really nice!

Yes, it’s a bit classier than I usually do, lol. Thanks!
