I can see the icons properly if you did it RGB32 32x32 scale to 480x480 frame rate 10.76666666 I noticed that the versions in System32 and SysWOW64 are switched. So guessing that maybe mistakenly, 32-bit programs are at SysWOW64 and 64-bit programs are at System32.
you mind dropping the ffmpeg command you used to make this? been trying other commands but i've never been able to get it to a framerate as high as yours

The 64-bit programs are in system32 for compatibility reasons.
SysWOW64 is basically just a subsystem for 32 bit applications. It stands for "Windows 32-bit on Windows 64-bit"
