What I carry everyday as a paramedic | Paramedic EDC

While your workplace provides you with most of the essentials for clinical care - it’s generally up the individual to tailor their personal equipment to suit their clinical/operational approach. In this video I’ll explain what equipment I choose to carry as a paramedic to make sure I’m prepped and equiped for what the day or night brings.

AEMT in medic school..
Shirt (pen pockets): pen, pen light
R front pants pocket: phone, small vape
R cargo pocket: liquid hydrocortisone (for eczema)
R rear pocket: Shears (folded raptors clipped to top), wallet
L front pants pocket: vape juice, chapstick, asthma inhaler
L rear: napkins

@@studentparamedics company issued stress that the vape its used for.. so technically yeah 😂 company gives us the cheap ones in our jump bag. I carry a small bag on the truck that has a flashlight, my Littman III, and a ems field guide.
