In my car i just noticed that there is water inside of this light anyone knows why is there water there is no any dmg on roof and windshield seal looks good

Are all the lights (trunk, leg room etc) replaceable this way, just take it out of position, no unscrewing anything?
It depends on the vehicle. I'm sure some vehicles will have them screwed in but a lot are like this.
